Walk up the steps to find a covered patio with chairs to hangout during the evenings on your vacation. Step inside to find a cozy living space with sleeper sofa and futon and flat screen TV. The open concept well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils to whip up a home cooked meal. The dining table comfortably seats four with additional seating for two at kitchen bar. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit.

The tranquil main bedroom features a queen-size bed with a TV. The en-suite main bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features two twin-size beds with mounted flat screen TV. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

The Neighborhood:
Lani Kai is located in the heart of Gulf Shores. Walking distance to Bahama Bob's, Lauria's By the Beach, and Surfside Pizza. Less than a mile from downtown Gulf Shores where you can find The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, Picnic Beach, and much more. Plenty of attractions in the area for the whole family including Waterville USA, mini golf, and The Track. The angling possibilities are limitless for your next fishing adventure. Alabama Gulf Coast has some of the best golf courses around for you to try out. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Welcome to Lani Kai! You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
No pets are allowed at this unit.

Parking notes: Parking passes are $28/each, you must display the parking passes and park in the one covered parking space marked for #231. Your 2nd car can be parked in the overflow across the street. Your two parking passes will be left in the kitchen upon arrival. Please place them on your vehicles throughout your stay. No more than two cars. Please do not block the passageway.

No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site.
There are two door to access this unit, go up the right staircase closest to the beachside and walk up two flights. Walk through the closed gate and #231 will be on the right-side.

The pools onsite are located across the street.

First I want to point out that the communication with the host was awesome! Second, this place was absolutely perfect for a family! Perfectly situated on the beach, awesome little porch area to hang clothes and situate beach stuff without having to bring it into the house. It is walking distance to just about anything you'd want to do. We will definately be back!

Great Spot

This was an awesome spot easy access to the beach, clean room, and good communication with property owner. The only complaint we have is that there needs to be a dumpster on are side of building too instead of having to walk across the street and all way to back with trash and also not being able to lock door properly. Overall, very nice though.

Book it

A small, cozy beach bungalow! Private access to the beach about 300ft away! The location is stellar, my family of 5 had the best vacay! The pools are across the street and small, but really, you’re coming for the beach! Bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and laundry soap. Only a very small amount is provided. There is a Keurig so bring your cups! Negatives-hot water runs out pretty quickly, and the sink can clog easily. Other than that, we loved our stay! If you want to be a beach bum for awhile and not in a super crowded area, this is your spot!

Don’t misunderstand we had a great week,I drive a pick up truck and I was unable to park under the condo due to howNarrow the space was to turn the truck. Parked on the side of driveway and got a ticket, finally was able to find parking across the street in the back. Had to walk across the highway to get to it, as well as walk across the street with trash to toss garbage out. The photos had us believing the pool was on site and as it turned out the pool was also across the street. Furniture is need of an update, the stools were broken as the cushions and top were just sitting on top of the legs.
