Welcome to our wee Belfast home!
This luxurious, stylish, and comfortable townhouse is great for a group or family stay! Only a minute from the nearest motorway exit, 10 minutes from Belfast City Airport and less than 30 minutes from Belfast International Airport.
Located a 10 minute walk from Belfast City Centre where you can find bustling streets, Belfast City Hall, Victoria Square Shopping Centre, Titanic Museum, all the famous bars in the Cathedral Quarter, a wide range of restaurants to try and the famous LGBTQ+ Union Street.
We’re a 5 minute walk to the famous Crumlin Road Jail and numerous wall murals, and then 10 minute to the Peace Wall. It is the perfect location for a trip to Belfast!
For working trips, it’s around the corner to Mater Hospital, Ulster University, and 15/20 min walk away from Royal Victoria Hospital.
This is newly refurb house where I’ve tried to add my own travel experience to the decor. The house has high speed internet, a fully loaded kitchen where guests can have lovely meals with their loved ones including breakfast. Washing, drying and ironing facilities are also available. There is also a 55” 4K Smart Mini LED TV in a living room which can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
The house is very private with gated secure parking and CCTV is operation - just perfect for those who like to explore the city and surrounding area with a vehicle.
There are two first aid kits, a fire extinguisher and blanket available in the house 24/7 for any uncertain situation.
This two story end townhouse consists of 3 spacious and tastefully decorated bedrooms: All are similar so no fighting for the rooms lol.

1× modern Family Bathroom with high end toiletries.

All bedrooms are fully equipped (modern lamp with charging points, Egyptian cotton hotel quality beddings, extra blanket and pillows, 32+cm thick mattress, hair dryer etc) so guests can have maximum comfort.
A cot or high chair is also available on request.
I don’t live far from the property so I can be contacted any time for recommendations or help. You can drop your luggage to the house early if needed. Early check in/check out may be also possible so please do not hesitate to contact me. As a keen traveler I know how handy it can be sometime. It’ll be free as well.

Sorry but strictly no parties, hen/stag do, Prostitution or illegal activities. Please do not book this house if you’re after a party holiday as it shall turn out to be a costly experience for your enterprise. I would strongly advise you to book another property. This is a quiet residential area and noise can pass quickly during the night so noise levels should be kept to the minimum between 9pm and 8am. We have lovely next door neighbours who have my contact details so if there is any disturbance or illegal activity, this will lead to early termination without any refund so please respect our neighbours like you do yours.
The number of persons using the accommodation must not exceed the number it sleeps/booked.
The house must be left in a reasonable state, with rubbish out and cutlery/crockery washed or at least put into the dishwasher. A cleaning charge may be applied if excessive cleaning is required. Visitors must be pre-approved, registered and signed in with management. No exceptions.
The minimum age to stay at this property is 25yo; every person staying must be at least 25yo. If you are under this age, please contact the property before booking; ID/deposit required. Children aged 12-17yo can stay at this property with their parents. .
No pets allowed.
No smoking.
No candles allowed.
