Tropical Garden Villa - 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Villa with Garden Courtyard.

This well-appointed remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa apartment is just 2 blocks from the wide, sandy beach in beautiful Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. This property is located within walking distance of not only the beach (200 yards), but also dozens of great restaurants like Aruba Beach Cafe, Even Keel Seafood, Taco Craft, Laspada's Five Star Hoagies and Burger Fi. The living room has new furniture and 50" Xfinity cable Smart HDTV. The master bedroom has a queen bedroom suite, walk-in closet , HDTV and private bath. The second bedroom also has a HDTV, queen bedroom suite, walk-in closet and private bath. Comcast secure WIFI is also included. The galley kitchen features new appliances and cabinets as well as new dishware, tableware, cookware and cooking utensils. The villa has been completely renovated both inside and out. The new impact windows and doors provide a virtually soundproof inside environment that's perfect for that afternoon nap. Also we have just installed new super quiet split AC systems in every room. You can enjoy the tropically landscaped enclosed courtyard with new tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and even a fountain or stroll to the beach or a nearby restaurant.
Great Weather, Fabulous Beaches & the Ocean: Fort Lauderdale is known as the Venice of America with all of its picturesque waterways and canals and your destination villa is located around the corner from the world-famous sandy shallow beach of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. Nearby are great restaurants with waterfront dining, unending family activities such as water taxis, snorkeling, drift fishing, glass bottom boat rides and of course, shopping - the list goes on and on. All details of where to go and see are provided to you upon arrival for your convenience. Our goal is for our guests to have the most memorable and fun vacation holiday imaginable.

AMENITIES NOTES: Everything from sunscreen to shampoo has been provided for you in order to make this a vacation you will always remember. We provide brochures on nearby activities as well as menus from our favorite restaurants. The house comes with WiFi and internet access and we supply beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach umbrella for those sunny days on the sand. A pack n play and high chair are available on site. This is truly a home away from home but one that also reflects the South Florida lifestyle. We do have a minimum age requirement of 25.

Great location and great hosts!

Staying at this place was great for us! The location had plenty of bars, restaurants, and a Walgreens within walking distance which made our stay great! Jan was a perfect host and communicated everything easily with email and text and the place provided us with plenty of amenities that made going to the beach, cooking, and laundry easy to do! Would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a great location by the beach and we would definitely stay here again!

We had an above excellent experience at Tropical Garden Villa. We have vacationed many times in LBTS but 1st here. Will be back. The location was great, quiet, convenient, clean and well furnished.Check the booking platform you use to avoid separate booking fees!!!

Perfect for mother-daughter getaway!

Love Tropical Garden Villa! Easy walking distance to the beach, many restaurants, Walgreen's, and the bus route! Plenty of space for our party of two, and everything you could need is provided - no need to try and pack beach towels or chairs because they're provided!

Amazing place and area

Tom and Jan were very accommodating. The place was quaint, clean and in the best area. The beach, shops, restaurants and bars are right around the corner. Saved us from renting a car. Would definitely come back!

5 star accommodations!

Fabulous place to stay! The personal touches were so nice (coffee,fruit,toiletries, etc). How nice to be a block from the beach! There's so much to do right outside the door! The linens were so comfortable, it felt just like home! Thank you so much to for helping to make our vacation so enjoyable :)

Great Place

This property was great! It was very clean, newly remodeled, quiet and well-equipped with all the amenities you would ever need for a Florida vacation. I was impressed with all of the extra amenities that were available to us to use during the week. Beach access was easy and very close to the property. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone in need of a Florida vacation.

Great location , great place for a small family or a two couples

Location is right where the action is. Beach , restaurants and shops. The unit was fairy quiet . Definitely considering the vehicle and foot traffic . We would definitely rebook if we do come back

This villa is located just around the corner and only 200 yards from the beautiful Lauderdale-by-the-Sea beach and world-famous Fort Lauderdale Fishing Pier. The secluded courtyard provides privacy however, step outside and you are right in the middle of dozens of wonderful restaurants and a variety of shops. The villa has Direct HDTV's, WIFI, and washer and dryer for your convenience. Each bedroom has a private bath and the galley kitchen is perfect for cooking or just preparing a light meal. This villa is a great value that is close to the beach and all other activities.
