Experience the Ozarks in style with the Waterfall Cabin! Tons of Amenities!

You don't have to imagine waking up to the sounds of a waterfall next to you at this cabin. You are right over it! This is the third of three cabins on this awesome property. From this cabin you can view the lake, listen to the waterfall, and see the white river. Beautifully crafted wood on the inside invites you to a more relaxing way of life. The house opens to the living room, with a corner section of space that holds a queen and a twin bed for extra friends or family. Comfy furniture and a perfect kitchenette give you the ability to prepare your own meals while on your retreat. There is a private bedroom with a king bed in this cabin that overlooks the waterfall, and it is sure to please. Enjoy exploring the property, go fishing in the lake. There are complimentary kayaks and a Jon boat to use. Common spaces on the property also includes a huge rock outdoor fireplace, pavilion with outdoor kitchen space, a gazebo, an outdoor pool, lake access and river access and the newest addition-The Outhouse Lounge. There you can play a game of pool, pinball, or Galaga and listen to music or watch a football game on the large smart tv. This cabin does not have a bathtub but does have the only shower. The front and side of this cabin has a large screened in area to listen to all the sounds of nature, relax, and enjoy the serenity of the Ozarks. The screened in porch has a dining table to have your meals outside and its own grill and fire pit right outside the cabin. This place has so much to offer for the same price as some that just have a cabin on the river.

Was PERFECT! My 8yr old and 3yr old were entertained the entire time. We stayed 6 nights. Only left 2 days for outings. Dana was the absolute best and made us feel welcomed. We will definitely be back.

Breathtaking and so relaxing

Fishing, swimming pool, arcade and pool table all within steps from cabin. The whole place had lots of entertainment so you only pay for renting the cabin so you save money by not having to go anywhere else! It was fun for adults, 10 yr old grandsons and grand dog. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer!! The host is so sweet and answers all questions very quickly! You won’t be disappointed!

My husband and I purchased the property in September 2023. We have big plans to turn this into an awesome resort/venue for families. There are so many possibilities with this unique place, and we could not resist the beauty. We are from Texas and live on Lake Palestine where we have had two other vacation rentals on the lake. I thought I was out of that business and sold our rentals-until we laid eyes on this property in Arkansas. Now our plan is to one day retire to the main house and be active in ensuring the guests never want to leave the three cabins by serving food options, having themed parties, and having daily activities for the kids and nightly activities for everyone-like movie night.

As soon as the woods open up to this property there is the sense of amazing times to be had. You get everything: mountain views, the river, the waterfall, the lake that has salt creek running through it, the pool overlooking the river-I have never seen a property with more things to do if you are a nature lover than this one. It is within 20 miles of the tourist town of Mountainview and 19 miles from the historic town of Batesville. Blanchard Springs is less than an hour away and 2 hours gets you to Memphis and 2-1/2 hours gets you to Branson!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

There is 3 rental cabins and a main house. The property manager will be in the main house so if you should need anything or have issues, she will be there to help. This property is set up to host a venue or a large family that would like to have some alone time by going to their own cabins and then to meet back up at the many common areas. The fact you have a lake to fish in or kayak is an extra feature that I love. Of course, the pool is great for late spring or summer because the river is too cold to swim with cold temps year-round. I think that whoever does not want to go on a trout fishing excursion would have no problem staying here and enjoying all this property has to offer.
