The home is bright, airy, clean and modern. We enjoyed the beautiful bathrooms, kitchen and having a garage! The host provided plenty of comforts for our stay. There were plenty of towels and pillows as well. It's always nice to have soap, shampoo, cooking oil and basic spices. It really is in a convenient location. We look forward to staying here again soon!

I had the pleasure of hosting Jody and her husband, and I cannot recommend them enough. From the moment they arrived, they were respectful, friendly, and easy to communicate with. They treated my home with great care and left the space in immaculate condition. I truly appreciated their thoughtfulness. Jody was not only a delightful guest but also brought a positive energy that made the experience enjoyable. I would welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts. Stayed with family to watch ASU softball

Great location and very clean. Everything is as it looks - lots of room and wide open living area friendly for walker for Geandma.

Hosting Alana and her family was a true pleasure! They took excellent care of our home and left everything in pristine condition. Communication was smooth and easy, making the entire process effortless. I'm thrilled they enjoyed the vibrant location and found our space comfortable and accommodating for their family, especially for Grandma. We would love to welcome them back any time!

We stayed for 35 nights. We had a wonderful time. Since our last stay a year ago, they have upgraded to a larger dining room table, and added chaise lounges also added a table and chairs in the patio area of the back yard. The house is centrally located for dining, hiking and spring training games. A beautiful park with walking and biking trails is near by. Felicia our host was wonderful to work with and communicate with. She is very caring.Thank you again for a great stay.Dave and Diane W

Very Nice House in Good Location

The house is very nice and the pictures do a good job detailing the property. It is located in a very nice area, close to many attractions such as zoo, botanical gardens, downtown Scottsdale, ASU, etc.. Property owner was very easy to get ahold of and very helpful. Overall, great house and great owner.

Great Communication

The hosts were wonderful with communication. We had a few issues that were quickly addressed and they apologized for the inconvenience. Overall, very pleased with our stay here.

We stayed 35 days. We had a wonderful time. Our favorite was the backyard covered patio. The property was centrally located to spring training baseball games, restaurants and hiking trails. A beautiful walking and biking park is close by. The use of the garage is also a bonus. Felicia was a great host and very attentive. We hope to be back next year.

Exceptional hostess and property

The hostess was the most wonderful person. She takes care of you and any issues, like a mom would. She made me feel at home. House is new and the back yard was my favorite place. Plenty of items you need and if not. She will provide them. It was a pleasurable, relaxing time. Neighborhood was nice to walk and the park was lovely. Police station a block away. Plenty of food options on Scottsdale Rd. Downtown Tempe was 7 min away. Scottsdale shopping was 12 min away. Airport 12 min away. Lots of options.

Bright, spacious and comfortable

Stayed 5 nights with 2 adult family members for a wedding in Scottsdale. PROS: Location had convenient access to stores and freeways. Having full use of a garage was a definite plus for security purposes. Spacious kitchen and comfortable beds in large bedrooms. Being from a wet climate it was nice to sit outside on the covered patio. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bathtub mats were provided when asked. CONS: the dining table was very small and had only 3 chairs and the cleaning wasn’t what was promised “thoroughly cleaned”(a ton of hair in the sink along the rim, crumbs in the microwave, two out of the only three hand towels were grossly stained, the floors left our feet extremely dirty after just a few minutes, and another symptom of lack of cleaning was heavy lint in the dryer lint catcher (fire hazard)).

After a rewarding career as a registered nurse, I retired to follow my dream of working in the hospitality industry while my husband serves as an ER physician. Our love for travel has taken us to beautiful destinations like Bora Bora, New Zealand, Australia, Tahiti, Europe, the Bahamas, Mexico, Spain, and Portugal. Welcome to Tempe Cityspace Haven!

We chose this neighborhood for its blend of vibrant city life and beautiful Arizona scenery. Our home is ideally located just under a mile from both bustling downtown Scottsdale and downtown Tempe, making it easy to explore a wide array of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options.

We’re also less than 2 miles from Arizona State University, which adds youthful energy to the area. Phoenix Airport is about 3 miles away, and the nearby freeways (202 and 101) provide convenient access to the greater Phoenix area.

One of our favorite features is the proximity to the famous Indian reservation casino, located less than 2 miles down the road. This neighborhood truly captures the essence of Arizona, surrounded by stunning landscapes and endless opportunities for adventure.

We can’t wait for you to experience all that this wonderful area has to offer!
