The place was beautiful and extremely clean. The bed and the sofa were both comfortable. The hosts were lovely; very communicative and left small personal touches everywhere. Would definitely recommend.

The property is as advertised and the hosts are wonderful. Pearl Street is just blocks away and CU campus is less than 2 miles away. Extremely happy we booked this rental.
