We had an amazing trip! The condo was the perfect size for all of us! We had 6 adults and 5 kids!! Having the washer and dryer in the condo was a life saver and so very convenient! Views were amazing and beach was beautiful!!

The property was not clean…trash, food under sofa and on the floor. Had to call for towels. The kitchen we not adequately supplied with pots, bowls for a vacation place. We would not stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!

The facilities are slightly dated but the care taken by the staff to keep the facilities clean more than made up for that! Beach and pool area were immaculate! Pickelball/tennis courts were well maintained and lit. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing View!!

We had an amazing stay. The view is incredible an we really enjoyed the amenities. The only complaint was there was work being done on the elevators, but it was quickly resolved and we got in some extra steps while it was down :) highly recommend!

Condo was in a perfect location. The entire check in and out process was simple. Staff on the grounds were friendly and accommodating.

We had a great vacation. We did everything we wanted to and when we were tired and wanted to relax we had a beautiful condo with a stellar view to relax. I'll never do a hotel again. I would highly recommend

Unfortunately, our stay at this Destin condo was extremely disappointing. The condo was very outdated and in need of significant updates and better maintenance. More concerning, the sheets were dirty when we arrived, which is unacceptable for a vacation rental.We also encountered roaches inside the condo and had to kill them ourselves. Finding bugs and having to deal with them during what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation was incredibly unpleasant.For the price we paid, we expected a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained place to stay. Instead, we were left feeling that the condo was not properly cleaned or maintained before our arrival. I would not recommend this property unless the owners make substantial improvements to the cleanliness, pest control, and overall condition of the condo.

Great view. Beds and furnishings were fine. Kitchen was functional. Only real negatives were water temp in middle bath and patio needing cleaning (don’t go barefoot). Good value for the size of property.

Perfect for our family

The space was exactly what we wanted for our family. We had plenty of room, great views and proximity to the beach. There were some areas of the condo that could use some deeper cleaning like the showers and grout but nothing that would deter us from staying here again.

Perfect for our family

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The views were amazing, the pool was excellent, the beach access was perfect. The condo could have been a bit cleaner, but nothing that would make me stay elsewhere or complain-- just some hard water issues in the showers and grout and some wear and tear on the furniture. Overall, we loved it and it was perfect for our family.
