Get ready to pack your bags and escape to the beach in style with Brass Rail 210! This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom paradise is the perfect place for you and your crew to kick back and relax. Plus, there's no need to leave your furry friends behind - this getaway is pet-friendly! Located in the heart of Tybee's vibrant South end, you'll have easy access to amazing shops, restaurants, and nightlife. And when it's time to hit the beach, you'll love being just a quick 30-yard stroll away from the sand and surf. With endless opportunities for adventure and fun in the sun, you won't want to miss out on this vacation rental gem.

Brass Rail Villas is a Mediterranean-style gated complex on the South end of Tybee Island, about 30 yards from the main beach. You will be within walking distance to restaurants and nightlife, tons of shops, and the Tybee Pier. Community amenities include two private community pools, a hot tub and a community picnic area.



Private parking is available for 2 vehicles, below the building with access to an elevator. Parking height clearance is 7ft. Wireless internet is available for guest convenience.

NOTE: The parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking is available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including both pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

The Brass Rail condos are our favorite place to stay on Tybee because of the excellent location and amenities. Unfortunately, this particular unit was the lowest-quality Tybee rental we have stayed in over the years and did not feel worth the price in its current condition.The condo appeared tired and worn upon entry. The floors were scratched, stained, and not thoroughly cleaned, so we mopped them ourselves. The grout throughout the unit was dark from buildup, the carpet was heavily stained and worn near the master bathroom, and dirt and trash were left under the couch. The dining chair cushions were badly stained, and the bunk-bed pillows were old and yellowed.The laundry room door also needs repair. We sent photos to TVR during our stay but received no response. The rusted air-conditioning vents should also be cleaned and repainted.The condo has potential, but it needs a thorough deep cleaning, several repairs, and a meaningful refresh before we can recommend it to future guests.

The location of this property is fantastic! it’s just a short walk to the beach, and the pools on-site were a great bonus. Tybee Island is a beautiful spot, and we loved being so close to everything.However, the unit itself could use some improvements. Upon arrival, there was a noticeable dog odor, and the overall cleanliness wasn’t great. We found sand on the floors, dust on the fan blades, and the carpet (especially under the beds) could use a deep clean.A few maintenance issues stood out as well: broken blinds, missing dresser handles, and outdated kitchenware — some pans had broken handles and there weren’t any matching lids for the pots. The grill was also in poor condition and likely needs replacement.One major downside was that the elevators were out of service for our entire stay, which made things challenging, especially with luggage and beach gear.With a bit more attention to maintenance and cleaning, this place could be a great vacation spot. The location and amenities have a lot of potential.

Frequent maintenance checks would help

Property was clean and as advertised. However there were several little things that go a miss. Light bulbs flashing every time u turn on the light. Toilet paper holder broken, so they just set it on top of the holder. Internet was horrible. Bathroom vents do not work. Biggest issue was the back door. It doesn’t fully latch. Wind would blow it open, dog could open it. Several times we came back for the day and the back door is open. I woke up one morning and the door is open. You want the thermostat no lower than 70. It would be much easier to do that if the bathroom vents worked and the back door would stay closed.
