Downtown plaza is close by. It’s in the middle of all destinations so makes for easy travel. The house is a little old school with cable TV. The place was clean and felt safe in the neighborhood. Quiet space for peace and relaxation.

Rexie’s place is a true home filled with beautiful art and comfortable decor. It’s obvious that Rexie loved her area and to entertain. I’ve never stayed in a VRBO with such a well-equipped kitchen. The backyard is a fantastic place to relax with friends. It’s immaculately clean and minutes from The Plaza and other sites to see in Santa Fe. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Comfortable and beautiful home

My Aunt and I really enjoyed staying at Rexie's Place and didn't want to leave. Both beds are amazingly comfortable! It's located in a nice neighborhood and a short drive from the Plaza area. It is well equipped with just about anything you could need during your stay. We appreciated managements authorization to use the Kiva fireplace after May 1st especially since during our stay it was quite cold with sleet, snow and hail. We would definately stay here again.

We loved the house so much that we didn’t want to leave! We had everything we needed. The kitchen had every gadget conceivable so cooking meals was a breeze. I especially enjoyed listening to the lovely wind chimes . The fireplace was also wonderful. We felt right at home and would love to stay here again.

Booked for six nights and left after three

Inside of the property was adequate. Uncomfortable seating. Small computer monitor sized TVs. Bed was comfortable. Good kitchen appliances. Outside was very disappointing. Weeds and unkept property.

The property was very beautiful! The decoration an amenities were amazing! The shower in one of the bathrooms didn’t work at all! I was very disappointed because I was traveling with an elderly family member that wanted to take a shower in her own bathroom.

Not recommended

Bed smell in the house, bugs, spiders, grill without gas tank, no fire wood for the fireplace. The patio furniture very dusty. We had to cover with blankets.

Place has mildew smell but maintenance brought a machine to remove smell. Tried opening several windows but none of them worked

Wonderful stay in Santa Fe

Our visit to Santa Fe was wonderful partly because our stay at Roxie's Place was welcoming and easy. We found the house exactly as displayed on line. It is supplied with everything you need and was clean and comfortable. The outside back deck area needed sweeping and raking and general set up but considering the time of year and it had snowed the week before I would not hold that against the property. In order to get the keys you had to drive to a different address (property manager) but not a big deal and I did send a message to host about the internet access which I did not receive a reply but we had no problems with internet. We enjoyed out stay. Thank you

Rexie's Place needs some freshening

Nice neighborhood. Great yard space. We sat out there every night. When we checked in, everyone was quite friendly. Don't know why they still use keys in this century. One window wouldn't close. And there was a real strong musty smell as you walked in the door every day. It never went away. The day after we arrived, we received an email rating our stay. They saidbthe woild call me that day.Also, and this is on us, always check if a property has A/C or mini splits. This home had neither.The kitchen wqs great and there was interesting art.

La maison est magnifique et charmante. Elle est très propre et parfaitement équipée. Le voisinage est très calme. La maison est très bien placée pour visiter Santa Fé à pied et permet facilement d'explorer les environs. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette maison à Santa Fé!
