Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom features a king bed along with a full-sized bed to the side and a large mounted TV. En-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a double-sink vanity.
Guest bedroom features a queen bed, double night stands, and a hanging TV. Right outside the guest bedroom is a hall with the guest bathroom featuring a bath/shower combo and a single-sink vanity.

Kitchen & Living Area provide an open concept with grand windows looking outside and double-sliding doors to the patio:
The kitchen features a large bar, electric stove top, a separate beer/wine fridge, double-ovens, and a dining area with a booth-style table.
The kitchen opens to the living room featuring double reclining-sofas with four powered recliners and two hanging TVs on each side.

Outside Features:

Outdoor Patio: Cook-up meals and relax on the outdoor patio featuring a kitchenette with a BBQ grill, a flat-top grill, a sink, and a patio table set. Straight off the patio is a nice grass lawn perfect for games of corn hole or an area for the kids to run around.
Pickle-Ball Court: challenge friends and family to a game of pickle ball on the full-sized private pickle ball court. (Equipment provided upon request)
Private dock: Swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and sun bathing are just a few ideas of fun on the dock. (Life jackets, kayak, and paddle-board available upon request)
