As for the water issues, the previous tenants did not report it. However, as soon as you brought it to our attention, we took immediate steps to address it. Due to your schedule constraints, access to the property was not possible leading to the delay in correcting the issue. It has been corrected. As for the beds, everyone has a different preference. The queen beds are brand new and were purchased merely two months before your stay. Our property was accurately advertised as being located 2.5 miles from the beach. We understand that preferences vary among guests, especially in large groups, but we aim to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for your group. While the TVs in the house may differ in brand, they are all high-definition LCD TV’s and pre-loaded with apps, HDMI connections, and screen casting capabilities to enhance your viewing options. Additionally, complimentary internet access is provided for your convenience. Unfortunately, we do not have control over issues related to VRBO payments as they are a third-party service provider. In addition to being listed on major rental platforms, our property also has its own website, The Atheli, for guests to explore and book directly. For security reasons, we provide the exact address of the property via email two days before arrival. We communicated this policy multiple times and apologize if it caused any inconvenience. We hope the issues that were outside of our control, such as VRBO and your friend, did not lead to the Star rating that was given, considering we did our best to promptly address the issues brought to our attention.
