Spring is almost here! Our lake, Mirror Lake, is beautiful and kayaks/canoes ready for use! Lakes/river and beach open in Riverbend. All local businesses, grocery and restaurants open! The filling of the big lake, Lake Lure has begun and the scheduled opening for boating and swimming is early Spring 2026.

We are centrally located to many activities such as pontoon boat rentals, zip-lining, kayaking, canoeing, snow tubing, snow skiing, horseback riding, white water rafting, , numerous golf courses, putt- putt, fishing, fly fishing, spectacular hiking trails, mountain bike trails, Lake/River side dining, Biltmore House and Asheville and numerous local wineries and breweries, Tryon Equestrian Center with daily horse events with dining and weekly summer festivals and concert, and much more! There are activities for every season!

Chipmunk Too Log Cabin sleeps up to 10 with spectacular lake/beach Mountain views. The upstairs has a king bedroom with a twin bed also and a loft area with seating. The main floor has two queen bedrooms and the living room open to the fully enclosed, covered deck overlooking the lake and beach area. The lower level has a set of bunkbeds and a queen futon sleeper and is open to the game room with pool table, large flat screen tv, playstation and sofa.
The lower level opens to the lower deck with seating and spectacular lake/mountain views. There are steps in back yard down to the lake/beach area and the riverwalk with waterfall is walking distance from the back yard- across the road from the beach. - Charcoal grill on deck. All linens/towels provided. Kitchen fully equipped for cooking.

When it's time to retire for the night, you'll find two well-appointed bathrooms, complete with towels and a hair dryer, ensuring your comfort. Drift off to sleep in the air-conditioned bedrooms, surrounded by the soothing sounds of the lake.
