Our second stay at "The Oaks" was just as wonderful as the first! The host was easily accessible and available to contact. The home still appeared new and is by far the cleanliest rental we've ever stayed at. Property owner takes pride in her rental and ensures customers are comfortable and satisfied.

We enjoyed our stay at this nice home. Rooms had plenty of space and nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything you needed if you were going to cook (we did not as we are moms on vacation and went out to eat). We spent plenty of time in Frankenmuth and house was not too far from there. It was also nice to have a fire pit as we did take advantage of that. Only complaint is that if you are not used to softened water then plan on bringing some for drinking or for coffee. House does have a separate for water in the sink but you could still tell. We definately would stay here again.

Location of property was great. Home was welcoming and had everything we needed. It was a nice touch to have the lights labeled, loved the instructions on the wall for check out. Communication was so easy with the host. Bronner’s is right down the road and we had a great time. Highly recommend this home.

We had a seamless check-in and we were very happy with the cleanliness of the house. The beds were very comfortable. The backyard is secluded and has a firepit and a comfortable patio set. We were lucky enough to see a lot of fireflies, a marmot, and a bunny in the back yard! The water must have high sulfer levels because we could certainly smell the sulfur in it on the first day. We didn't notice it much as our stay went on, so our noses acclimated. There is a reverse osmosis system to provide good drinking or cooking water. The location is centered perfectly for exploring Frankenmuth and the surrounding communities. I would certainly recommend staying in this cute little home.

Trip to Frankenmuth

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. It is so charming and a perfect for a family of 4 to 6 people. We love that it allows us to enjoy time as a family and is perfectly located between Birch Run and Frankenmuth. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect little house!

My best friend and I met here for a girls weekend. The house is so cute - it looks brand new! It was so close to everything, spacious and easy to find.We especially loved that they thought to include so many things you might need, like fans in the bedrooms, plenty of towels & blankets, coffee supplies and a well-stocked kitchen. We were traveling just the two of us, but as moms we noticed & appreciated all of the thought they put into including items for families (step stool, kids plates/cups/silverware, toys & more). We would definitely stay here again!

Hibbs Family Christmas Trip

We have a wonderful trip to visit Frankenmuth. The home was wonderful and so close to the city. It provided a great place for our family. We would definitely recommend staying here. The house provided everything we could need. It was so clean too.

Wonderful

I would highly recommend this property. We booked it for our mother daughter frankenmuth weekend and we’re so pleased. Everything was so clean, neat and organized. It was beautifully decorated and the most relaxed both of us have been in a long. Thank to an amazing host and being so accommodating and quick to respond .

Great place for a girl's getaway!

The place was clean and cozy, very well equipped, and the owner was friendly and quick to respond to our issue of salty tasting water, providing an immediate solution. It is a perfect setting for a small group of people and we enjoyed our stay!

Deer Widows Weekend

We have been coming up to the area for 20 years when we stumbled across Deer Widow’s weekend while in Frankenmuth many many years ago. Our daughter is now an adult and it is one of our favorite adventures. The house was beautiful with an excellent location. Everything was perfect

Great rental

Everything as a group of 5 women having a girls weekend we could have possibly needed was provided at this rental! Cleanest VRBO and most organized VRBO I have ever stayed at! Worth every penny we spent! Highly recommend!organizedIhavever stayed

Fall Ladies getaway

Myself and friends stayed here for a laidback weekend away. We were immediately impressed with the house and all the things that the owners thought of. While we did not have kids with us, we do have kids and were surprised to see all the extra things that were thought of fwith little ones in mind. Tje house was very clean and cofortable. Lots of blankets and cozy items around the house. Kitchen was stocked well, and we kept finding things we were happy and surprised that they were there. There was a water softener (or something) issue but we did not communicate it until the end of our stay, but Jennifer was very receptive to this information and it did not affect our enjoyment.

Fun at the Oaks

My family and I typically stay in hotels when we visit Frankenmuth/ Birch Run. With 2 small children we were needing something more with the comforts of home. The Oaks was the cleanest, nicest and most accomodatimg VRBO rental we've experienced. The host went above and beyond to ensure all the comforts of home were accessible and available. The home is beautifully renovated and furnished and we very much enjoyed our stay. We look forward to visiting again 🙂

Cozy & Convenient

Overall this location is great for a quick trip to Frankenmuth. The location was a straight, easy trip to downtown. The house has great charm, and everything you need for a short stay. It was well thought out and the owner definitely cares for their guests. Only downside, is the water there had a very strong odor, residue, and feel. It made showering, hand washing, etc less than ideal. The owner did have a separate tap on the kitchen sink that was a nicer touch for use. Bring your own drinking water.
