RESORT STYLE POOL—AMAZING POOL (23’x34’ sport pool. We have water basketball and water volleyball. Entry steps on both sides, 3ft deep on each sides and 5 1/2’ ft deep in the middle. WITH TANNING LEDGE (tanning ledge is 9” deep. Perfect for kids to play or chill on the pool loungers under the 3 umbrellas. Just a gentle reminder: for everyone’s comfort, little ones who aren’t potty trained need to wear swim diapers while enjoying the pool. *Pool- Heating is available for $150 for the initial heating paid before arrival. $100 per day after

*Spa- Heating is $25 per day. Spa takes about 20 minutes to heat in summer. Spa takes around 45 minutes to heat during winter months. Just message me about 1 hour before you are going to use it and I’ll turn it on remotely.

*Firepit- $25 for a full 5 gallon propane tank. Use it until it’s gone (tank should last 4-5 hours). Note: We live in the main house and love it when people get to enjoy our casita and pool. Please treat our property with care and respect. Of course we will make extra efforts to give you full privacy during your stay. Only guests listed at the time of booking are permitted on the property.
