Wake up to the sound of waves crashing on the shore and enjoy a cup of coffee on your private, oversized balcony while you watch the sunrise over the horizon. Transition from your daily life to a world of serenity and relaxation as you take in the sights and listen to the sounds of birds flying overhead in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Featuring seating for at least 10 people comfortably with an unobstructed view of the ocean, the balcony is huge and certainly a crowd pleaser. Also enjoy easy, quick access to the resort's sparkling pools and hot tub, which is within a stone's throw of your condo. Enjoy the beachy bright decor of this 2-bedroom 2 full bath condo in the heart of Port Aransas, just a short drive to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. This condo also offers extra beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, beach toys for the kids, and plenty of comforts of home. Come over and enjoy your immediate transformation into a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation at The Mermaid View condo.
What you can expect in the condo:
Wi-Fi & Cable
The kitchen is well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave, and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
The condo is supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied. Please bring Beach Towels.
A start-up supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets, and 1 small bottle of dish soap will be provided. If more supplies are needed, please visit the front desk.

Two swimming pools (one heated) & hot tubs
Sports court
Picnic tables with grills
This is a non-smoking condo.
This condo comes with a covered parking space. Spaces are reserved, please park in the assigned spot, and if you bring an additional vehicle, it will need to be parked in the guest parking at the front of the complex.
