Clean anx well equipped.

Very nice property, close to everything in Queen Anne. Beds and baths were great and the small kitchen had everything you might need.

Quiet Neighborhood

Nice neighborhood location. On street parking wasn't hard to find, usually were able to find a spot less than a block away. Short easy drive to many restaurants and downtown attractions.

Alaskan cruise from Seattle

My husband, my parents and I stayed two nights in Seattle before leaving for a cruise. This property was perfect for us. The beds were great! Vince, the property owner, was very helpful with a late checkout too. Highly recommend this property!

Queen Anne - Skywalker

Was a little surprised there wasn't a central living area as noted in listing, but otherwise it was very nice. Great neighborhood and location for city access.

Comfy, clean, and in a great location!

Great place that had honestly one of the best mattresses I've ever slept on -- very communicative hosts. Will stay again next time I'm in town!

Perfect little hideway

This space was perfect for our short stay before our cruise. It provides the privacy and convenience for two couples. The owner was very responsive and accommodating to all my questions and requests. We will definitely keep this in mind for our next cruise.

The apartment was very nice and clean. The appliances were very nice. The only real inconvenience was not having a seating area other than in the kitchen with a small table and chairs. Other than that, it was great for what we needed.

Lack of living room space

Enjoyed the stay, property was clean and host was excellent. Comfort level is lacking as there was no living room area and the only place to sit was very cheap and unfortunately dining room chairs that fell apart and was suited for older or overweight people

Great Stay

Great Stay for a night to catch a show at Climate Pledge. Rental was clean and had an a/c, with comfy beds. It was nice that it was a 2 bedroom and 2 bath so everyone had their own space. Overall I liked the rental and location. It fit our needs and would definitely stay again.

The only complaint would be is to have chairs that were more comfortable than the plastic ones that are in there. And I remember reading on one of your reviews that one of the chairs was broken. That chair still has not been fixed.

The payment process at booking was quite complicated using a third party payment. The ADDRESS given for our check in instructions was WRONG… wrong address and then once telephoned and got correct address - then the entry code was wrong… we called AGAIN. Terrible - it took over 25 minutes to get into the apartment. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Noisy upstairs people/thin walls

The paperwork was a headache. There was too many form and rules.

The mattresses were super uncomfortable. You could feel the frame. There was no nightstand in my bedroom. Check-out time at 10 am is too early. I did appreciate having separate bathrooms for each bedroom.

Nice and clean, but overly strict rules, no cleaning items, bath products not what’s on label

It was very clean and cute with nice appliances and comfortable beds but the property owners had some unreasonable strict rules (can’t turn the ac below 70), some of the cleaning products (soap and shampoo) were not what was in the label and had been refilled with another product. Also, there was no broom or dust pan.

Quick weekend in Seattle

We were in town for a concert and Vince’s place was perfect place to lay our heads. Very quiet and comfy. Everything was as advertised. The theme was fun and the online guidebook was creative and thorough. Be aware that there is not a living room space. Bring some cards or a game to play at the kitchen table or just chat a bunch like we did! There were quite a few scuffs on the walls and a broken door handle to a bedroom closet but I let Vince know right away and he appreciated the heads up. Vince was very nice and communicative! Definitely recommend this place for a visit and the neighborhood had lots to offer!

Vince is a wonderful host! He keeps his property very nice and clean ! We loved the Star Wars theme ! The property is very close to SPU, and there are many dining options close by. The area feels safe, there’s a park very close, which is nice to walk. We never had a problem finding a parking spot. Everything was great :)

The place is new - clean and quiet however there is not a living area for entertainment unless you consider it to be your bedroom - A small round childs table with 4 plastic chairs for adults to sit in the kitchen - parking is an issue

Pretty great home-base for our stay in Seattle. Quiet neighborhood with street parking available, though the road is somewhat busy. The only issue we had was that I accidentally tried to get into the wrong apartment at first, as I didn’t see the specific unit listed when the host sent us the address. The inside is pretty bare-bones. It’s got some Star Wars decor which is cool, but it doesn’t necessarily make one feel like they are staying in a “rebel base.” The place was very clean though and we felt we had a good deal of privacy.

Quiet Apartment in Queen Anne

Clean, simple, small apartment and clean Anne. Apartment is two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen, no sitting area. Exactly what we needed for our trip as we were visiting family locally and did not need a place to sit and socialize. Location was great not far from downtown area and fairly walkable. We were able to find parking easily nearby although the house is on a Main street and we parked around the corner. Area was quiet. Only thing I’ve found challenging was that the check-in instructions said to use the keypad but didn’t specify that this was the “B“ location until you actually clicked on the link. Otherwise, it was very easy to access. we would recommend this location.

Warning: You will need to upload your photo ID and CC to the web

Anyone considering this place should know that this host uses a 3rd party payment/verification web app outside of VRBO which requires you to submit multiple photo verifications and pictures of your drivers license and credit card to a company I had never heard of before! This should be made clear in the listing as I had ignored text messages about it naturally thinking it was a scam. A day prior to our stay I ended up having to go through this verification process four different times for different reasons (photo verification, security deposit, ID verification and stay payment) I had to pull over the car at one point so I could upload pictures of my credit card to the untrusted 3rd party app in order to complete the payment and get the entrance code. This system also does not work very well and would frequently not accept my pictures when I tried to cover/block non-related sensitive information.It should also be known that VRBO is not involved in this transaction at all and if there is a dispute or issue, VRBO provides no protection of any kind. The ONLY thing VRBO does here is collect a convenience fee for booking. The small kitchen table is the only place to sit which could be a factor for those wanting to relax more.Otherwise it was VERY clean, modern, beds comfortable, good water pressure, everythign worked, had a fun theme and we always appreciate those that accommodate pets. I would share more but VRBO limits how long the review is.
