Really wonderful home and location. Beautiful view out front with a large lawn. Clean and well-stocked, very spacious. Would absolutely stay again!!!

Great location, walking distance from town. Fully stocked with everything we need. Plenty of beds and bathroom. Very clean. Would have liked more than 1 key or keyless entry.

Convenient to everything

Great for our group of 5 couples. We walked to town, oyster pond, the baseball game and even a long walk to lighthouse beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for preparing meals. Plenty of seating at the outdoor dining table, indoor dining table, outside relaxing and inside to play board games. Our favorite home with staying in Chatham for the last 24 years.

Great house, fabulous location!

This house was great! Our family group of 7 was quite comfortable with plenty of room, lots of amenities, and a fun game room downstairs. Gary made checking in so easy, and we got a prompt response to the only question we had. My only possible complaint is having to buy several beach towels almost every time we come to the Cape. It would be nice if there were some we could use at the house. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Home

It's True! Location! Location! Location! .. we enjoyed walking to Main Street Chatham each morning for coffee, to CBI, to grocery/pharmacy and back to Main St for dinner .. it was a very spacious home, everyone was comfortable and it was an added pleasure that all linens were supplied. We would definitely rent again.

Idyllic Cape Cod

This property (and your vacation) are everything you've imagined for the most perfect Cape Cod vacation! The home was gorgeous, clean and truly had everything you could need. Bedroom layout worked amazing and the two upstairs bedrooms were perfect for traveling with kids/teens, etc. with the twin trundle beds. Kids loved it and it was great for the adults to have the downstairs bedrooms. Also loved having a washer/dryer! The location was the BEST! Short walk to town and overlooking Oyster Pond. The beach was perhaps the biggest surprise and was SO much better than the "regular" beach (awesome floating docks and NO sharks!). Gary was a wonderful host and always available if we had any questions and gave perfect advice on enjoying our stay. We loved it so much we were already planning for next year while we were still there!

June Wedding

We stayed here for a weekend with friends for a wedding and events at Chatham bars inn and wequasett. House was clean when we arrived and the stay was great. We were happy to get nice weather to enjoy the front yard! Gary and his wife were both wonderful! Location was amazing. Driveway fit all the cars and we were so close to everything we needed to be at

Perfect location

Perfect location In walking distance to the shops and restaurants on main street. The view of Oyster Pond is wonderful from the home and it was the best home away from home experience.

Fabulous house and location

We were in town for a wedding and rented this place so that we could all stay together. There were 11 adults and we were all very comfortable! So much room to spread out, but plenty of seating for everyone to be in the same space and catch up. The house is beautiful, decorated with original photos of the area and other fun pieces. The mini soaps and shampoo give the feel of staying in a nice hotel, but this is so much better. We made great use of the game room almost every night. The location is awesome! We were able to walk everywhere in Chatham and the view of Oyster Pond is just lovely. Felt like we were the Kennedys playing football on the large front lawn. :) I've stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this was by far one of the very nicest. Lastly, Gary was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this property if you can grab it!

Wonderful house, fantastic location

We loved our stay. Fantastic house with great view and perfect proximity to town. Basement game room a real hit with our 9yo, and his parents, for that matter. Only wish (a) we could have stayed longer and (b) cajoled some friends to join us, as this house is very comfortably set up for larger groups/extended family. Would return in a heartbeat.

The Pearl in the Oyster

I can’t say enough amazing things about this incredible house! From the moment we walked in, we were in love. The pictures are accurate but do not do justice. Where to begin??? The entire house is perfectly staged as an upscale Cape Cod getaway. Blues and whites, photos of the ocean, maps of the Cape. And absolutely spotless. (All the surfaces through the house are protected by glass tops for easy wiped downs and a super Covid free environment. ) The living room is spacious. Perfect for the family to watch tv, play a game or relax after a day at the beach. (Harding Beach is top notch. ) The master suite is as nice as a five star hotel. Beautiful dressers with tons of drawers, a large walk in closet and a en-suite bathroom with double sinks. The first floor room with the leather couch has walkout doors. The pull out is super high quality. The second bedroom is adorable with a comfy full size bed. The first floor bath is nice and big. That’s where you’ll find the top of the line washer//drawer. The upstairs bedroom are exactly as they appear in the photos. Both have access to the lovely upper deck. The basement is so great. Foos ball, ping pong, air hockey. A big leather couch. A dehumidifier runs constantly so it’s not musty. I’m sure at some point the owner will put in a dropped ceiling. For now, it feels a little unfinished….but fun. I’ve saved the best for last -the kitchen. If you’ve read this far, don’t stop now! The kitchen is unbelievable. Two sinks, two ovens, gorgeous countertops, high end appliances. Every drawer has every utensil; all the cupboards are filled with seaside themed platters and dishes. Any cook or baker will find all the appliances and pots and pans they need. There are two options for eating. The dining area large table that easily seats ten and an outdoor table that’s the perfect spot for a family lobster bake. (Backside Bakes, a local caterer delivered an amazing dinner. ). The driveway was very long but we easily parked five cars with very little hassle. Lastly, the owner was always accessible, from beginning to end. I wasn’t going to write a review for fear that if I told the truth, this treasure will be constantly booked! Im sorry to have gone on so long but as you can see, we had the most wonderful time.

The house was great for our needs. Close to town but away from the fray. Beds were plentiful and comfortable. The house itself was clean and welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our time at the house. The house is a perfect location and a quick walk to downtown Chatham. We had poor weather and rain most of of the weekend we were there. The house has a fun basement with different games so we were able to enjoy ourselves while staying home.

Location!

Great location due to walk ability to town and view of oyster pond. House was everything advertised and expected driveway is long requiring some back up ability or very tight turnaround at end but we managed ok. I’d recommend this place
