Summary:
This cozy and comfortable three bedroom, three bath, Bear Hollow end-unit townhome is just 5min to The Canyons Ski Resort and 10min to Main Street Park City.
The Space:
On the main level is the open layout living space, featuring the family room with gas fire place, dining table and bar stools to seat six, and a fully stocked kitchen. Also on this level is a guest bedroom with Queen bed and private balcony, as well as the common guest bath. Upstairs is the primary suite, also with gas fireplace, a King bed, and a large private bathroom with steam shower and dual vanity. The lower level includes the third bedroom suite with Queen bed and twin bunk beds , two car garage, mud room, and laundry.
Centrally located within Bear Hollow, our home is just a 2min walk to the Pool, Spa, Workout Facilities, community picnic grills and fire pit. The Bear Hollow trail is three doors down, which makes for an easy 5min walk to the FREE Park City shuttle stop, and connects with the Park City paved trail that leads into town. Private parking for up to four mid-sized vehicles (two in garage), with ample street parking nearby for oversized vehicles.
The family room and each bedroom features a smart TV for logging into your own streaming subscriptions.
***Our capacity is SIX ADULTS, however we have twin bunk beds in the lower bedroom suite, as well as a Pack-N-Play and Toddler Blow Up Bed, should a guest want to bring two additional minor children.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

Lille's is located in Bear HollowBear Hollow Village is a resort community comprised of single family homes, townhomes, condominiums, estate homes, a clubhouse and a commercial office building. We are located at the base of the Utah Olympic Park off Route 224 in Summit County, Utah. We are also conveniently located a short distance from The Canyons Ski Resort, Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Ski Resort, Snowbird, Alta, Brighton and Solitude Ski Resorts, and several major golf courses in the area.

The townhome is minutes to Kimball Junction which includes all the daily-life necessities, like grocery, dining, outlets and boutique shopping, banking and more.

We are not typically in town, however we have a network of local vendors to assist with any issues and try our best to address any concerns immediately.

We enjoyed our stay at Lille’s Park City! It had plenty of space for our family of 6 and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is well stocked, which we were thankful for as we do cook in a lot on vacation. The location was great! Super close to everything Park City has to offer but off the main streets, which makes parking much easier. Grocery and fast food options are just right round the corner as well. Thanks for sharing this space with families like us!

One of those homes that's exactly as advertised, no surprises, and solid value for the size. Spotless: cleaning crew does excellent job. Decent kitchen for group cooking; dining table seats 6 with 2 stools. 3 full bathrooms is super convenient with kids. Upstairs bed very comfortable & firmer mattress than main level.Plenty of paper towels, TP & very basics like hand soap, saltpepper, dishwasher tablets. BYO bath soap & kitchen condiments (just FYI, not a negative).Central air 2 gas fireplaces; big, modern washer/dryer. Nearby club house has outdoor hot tub (bring flipflops).Quiet estate at night, excellent snow removal - during a blizzard there were multiple trucks and people with snow blowers.Bus stop 4 min walk via trail; steep hill so wouldn’t recommend in ski boots - rent from Park City Sport with free daytime shoe & overnight ski storage.Bus runs every 20 minutes but no reliable “live arrival” tracker - plan for occasional Lyft 15-20 if crowded or delayed. After a day of skiing, hop off at Fresh Market for groceries en route home. Can't ski direct between Canyons & Park City, you are reliant on their new gondola which doesn’t operate when very windy - recommend using Canyons as your rental base as it's closer.Air at this elevation is extremely dry (as low as 9%) - hydrate copiously!Good communication with owner who checked in with us every day. For a group of 4-8 people that doesn’t want to splurge on ski-in/ski-out, this is a great option.
