This home was beautiful. Clean, huge, tons to do. We had a 40th birthday party here with children and the house made it easy and comfortable for everyone. Lots of sleeping options for families and individuals, great layout, and comfortable beds. Easy check in/ check out process and Dimitri and his crew were amazing. Many great memories were made!

Superb property and amenities

Great house, clean, lost of amenities for a group of ~20, including kids. Communication with owner was top notch for a small issue with hot water, which was solved immediately. We've stayed at many properties this size, and this was among the best!

We spent the MLK weekend with a large group of friends and family. The property is great, with plenty of room for a large group and many activities for kids of different ages. It has beautiful views, hills and woods for outdoor activities. Dmitry was super responsive and very nice! We will definitely consider coming back during summer too!

Great for families

The first thing we noticed was how clean the house was upon arrival. This is a perfect home for multiple families. The house is really nicely spaced out allowing each family to have their wing to sleep. The game room was a great escape for games of ping pong and pool. The owner was extremely responsive and great to work with. We would highly recommend this house.

Executive Team Building

We had 10 adults for a 3 day/4 night teambuilding getaway. The accommodations were perfect. Everyone had their own room, the kitchen and grilling set up were perfect for cooking/eating, and the game room was special. We also took advantage of the sauna and hot tub. Its a beautiful setting in a rural area with tremendous privacy.

Wonderful Vacation!

Our family of 18 ranging in age from 2 to 73 had a great week here. Despite the rain, there was plenty to do and lots of space to do it. Dmitry, the owner was very helpful and available for questions and advice. The view of the mountains from the house was spectacular. The house was very clean and well stocked with supplies. There were two huge washers and dryers and plenty of bath towels and beach towels. We will always have wonderful memories of our vacation in Newfane, Vermont.

We visited the gorgeous house for along weekend to celebrate our wedding with our immediate family. Dmitry was an incredible host - so responsive with recommendations, answering questions before during and even after our stay. He helped to facilitate a late pick up of some rental tables due to a miscommunication that was out of his hands. He made sure we had enough champagne flutes for our dinner toast and was so helpful. The property and home are GORGEOUS. We loved access to the sauna, hot tub, and even used the pool as a “cold plunge” since we were outside the time when it was heated. We played pickleball on the tennis court and had fantastic meals, dancing, and games with the game room. Many of our family members have commented about wanting to return for a family vacation. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect Getaway

This estate is a perfect getaway from the city noise. I stayed at this beautiful vacation house with my family and friends several times and will definitely return. This place has something to offer every season. We did cross country/mountain skiing and ice fishing in the winter, walked miles of beautiful trails and picked mushrooms in the fall and spring, and enjoyed outside swimming pool and tennis during the summer. A great view of the mountains from the window and crisp clean air help get away from any worries and truly relax. An inside fireplace makes every evening cozy. Game house is filled with inside activities like ping pong table and pool table, complete with sauna and a cold water pool. I would highly recommend staying at this estate.

Majestic Mountain Views

We just returned from the most spectacular stay at this home in Newfane, VT! We had a large group to celebrate my husband’s 60th. Our guests took advantage of all the property had to offer. We took hikes on the trails, set up volleyball on the huge lawn, used the pool and hot tub, played tennis on the awesome court, lounged on the deck overlooking the mountains and chilled by the fire pits in the evening. We had one rainy day and spent it in the barn playing games all day. The owner connected us with a concierge who arranged live music, 2 yoga sessions by the pool, a pizza truck and a Jamaican jerk truck. The house was equipped with all we needed for a superb week! We will definitely book this house again!

Beautiful estate nestled in nature

Our week-long summer extended family vacation at this home was fantastic. The house is lovely, with the size and amenities fit for our large multifamily group. The tennis court (lighted!) and pool (heated!) are spectacular. The views from within the house and throughout the property are breathtaking. The house is tucked in the mountainous woods with unending privacy. There house also supplies so many small items that prove quite useful - countless pool toys/floatables, sporting goods, etc. Lastly, Dmitry is a wonderful host and was extremely responsive ahead of and during our stay. I sent him a few knick-knack type items that needed addressing during or for after our stay, and he was on top of these. All in all, an amazing stay at an amazing home.

Excellent VT Mountain Stay

This place is truly one of a kind. We had 20 people and it slept everyone comfortably. Easy ride into Brattleboro, Newfane, Mount Snow and Stratton. Theres a beatufiul river nearby. Golf. Ski resorts. Beautifully secluded with tons of amenities and perfectly located on a hilltop with an incredible view. Pool. Hot tub. Large kitchen. Outdoor dire pit. Everything you need for a perfect mountain getaway anytime of the year. Dmitry is absolutely excellent. You could not ask for a better host. He went above and beyond before we arrived in order to just fix the wifi and it was greatly appreciated. I will be recommending Dmitry and most likely coming back!!

We loved this Newfane, VT, property!

This was a family vacation - there were 12 of us - three generations from California and New York. We all arrived at this wonderful huge home and gorgeous property for a week in July 2024, and went “Wow!” Everything was wonderful the entire time, with lots of “extras” included. Our only unhappiness that week was on that first boiling hot day when the house wasn’t cool enough…but the owner, Dmitry, got right “on the case”, and the problem was quickly solved. Here’s an example of how “personalized” our experience was: one of our grandsons from California is an avid fisherman, and Dmitry communicated with him ahead of time and during the week to suggest special fishing spots for him! Our family vacation at this property - with pool, sauna, tennis court, barbecue, fire pit, multiple “hanging out together” spaces, as well as tons of bedrooms and bathrooms - was really terrific!

An Awesome Place to Have a Large Group Getaway - Everything You Need on One Property

This rental is an amazing place to stay for a large group. The house is great, large, interesting, well kept. The land is beautiful and the view is stunning. I went with a large group 5 younger children and about 12 Adults and we spent a lot of time just sitting, enjoying each other and the space. It was Memorial Day weekend, but warm enough to have the pool open which made the trip amazing. Large, outdoor pool, tennis court, basketball hoop, Sauna, Hot Tub, Pool Table, Foosball, a second house with a bar, new large HD TVs (I don't think the pictures feature the TVs or the new Hot Tub, but beyond that, trust the photos for what they are), but this property had EVERYTHING we needed. Other than the occasional grocery trip, we had no reason to leave the property. It was really a retreat for a large group of friends. Dmitry was a fantastic host, he understands how to communicate effectively without being overbearing or awkward (like some property managers can be). He seems to understand that when you're looking to rent this property, you're looking to escape stress, and so he keeps things simple, yet comfortably taken care of. We could not have asked for a better vacation home, and would love to return.
