Serene Mediterranean beachside apartment in Altea

This sunny 2 bedrooms apartment allows open views to the Mediterranean Sea from its spacious terrace. This terrace contains a tile dinner table with 8 seats, a lounge area and a covered outdoor shower hidden behind Moroccan style screens. With 2 large awnings very convenient during summer.

The spacious living room holds a large sofa with chaise-longue perfect to spend time watching a movie in the 60” TV or finishing that interesting novel under the specially chosen reading light. Or just relaxing while the electric fireplace sparks its magic.

The dinner table seats 4 and is perfect as a desk because of the lightning, wifi and switches to connect several devices at the same time.

At the private area, we find the master bedroom with a large sliding door opened to the terrace, a nice built-in wardrobe and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Right in front is the second bedroom with 2 single beds, a stylish lattice nook and another built-in wardrobe. Next to this bedroom, there is a second bathroom with a shower.

Finally, the kitchen area located at the entrance of the apartment with a independent laundry room. The kitchen is equipped with big and small appliances such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer… And silverware, cutlery and kitchenware. The laundry area holds a washing machine, a line to dry beach towels, store space for cleaning material, beach seats, iron, etc.

The apartment is rented with sheets, towels, toiletries, cleaning products and first need kitchen supplies.

It has air conditioning in every room, floor heating (providing a confortable feeling at winter) and due to its lay out it’s possible to enjoy a refreshing cross ventilation even during the hottest days in summer.

It’s a second floor in a 4 floors building. It has a garage in the basement connected by elevator, directly from the garage to the apartment door.

It belongs to a large gated community with 24 hours security, several swimming pools open all year long, well maintained gardens and exit (pedestrian only) to the beach and to the coastal paths full of pine trees and mediterranean vegetation. That lead to several restaurants and chiringuitos.

Through the main entrance (only entrance for cars) you can walk to a 5 stars hotel with some restaurantes and a modern Spa and a Catholic Church (open only Sunday morning).

Very well connected, within 10 minutes driving distance to the hustle and bustle of the vibrant town of Altea, house of many art galleries, deco shops, artisans and, of course, restaurants and bar. Both along the coast with its Ports and on top of the town with its famous and well recognised dome. Train station also in Altea and tram stop at L’Olla (15 mins walking). International airport and fast train (AVE) at 1 hour driving distance (Alicante and Valencia).
