A relaxing stay at Amal Oasis

Great condo owner! Thank you Roland!! Very responsive and easy to communicate. Maraming Salamat!! Nice location, peaceful and 24/7 security. Friendly and respectful security guards and maintenance crews. I would definitely use the same property for my next visit with my family. I love the place!

Perfect vacation

Even before i arrived to Condo i was already impressed with the fast communication with the host , with the loads of infos and tips provided by the host few days prior to arrival, as well as the complimentary airport pickup. The condo itsself is high class interior , with nice wallpapers all over the condo. All worked perfect including hot and cold shower , WIFI among others. The huge pool-area is brandnew and most proably the best in town...really amazing.. we loved also the IL CORSO seaside restaurants within walking distance as well as the nearby huge Megamall SM seaside... very recommendable to book this condo....

Place was new....bit far from everything...once more restaurants open across the road will be better

Bad cockroach problem there...they come out of the cracks in the walls and from behind mirrors (bought some insect spray and it quietened them)...overall very good and very safe and secure

Amalfi Condo stay

Our stay at the Amalfi Condo was extremely pleasant. We enjoyed the amenities and the quality of the furnishings. The location near the new large SM Mall made it convenient for all necessary needs and the Mall itself is amazing. The owner and his management staff are nothing less than excellent.

Nicely decorated and fully outfitted unit with excellent security

We were met at the airport and taken to the Amalfi unit. No arrangements were made for the check-out. We had paid for 5 guests and while I found the extra inflatable mattress, there was no pillow or blanket. I messaged and tried to phone the Cebu contact given with no success. I therefore had to buy a pillow and cover. When it came to checking out, I rang the previous day to our leaving but was unable to reach the contact again. Eventually they rang back and we arranged to leave at noon. They said they could not take us to the airport. When it was time to leave, the contact had not appeared and I had to leave the keys with the gate security officer. For such a luxury, well fitted out unit, I would have expected someone to come and inspect the premises before we left and receive the keys. Lastly, getting a taxi in the evening (to eat out) is a problem as they are all fully booked and very few vacant cabs pass the property at that time of day. At other times of the day obtaining a taxi is no problem. Once we had our self drive hire car, everything was ok and transport was no problem. SM Seaside is quite close but too far to walk to. Overall a good experience which could have been excellent with a little attention from the listed contact who seemed not interested in us after we had checked in and who was almost impossible to contact! We would book this accommodation again but pick up our car on the way to the unit, so we are independent of taxis right from the start. Next time we would hope for more attgention from the listed contact.

We have our own caretaker for the house who will turn over the keys and inform and help the guests at the very best way. He is locally oriented, he can give advices about anything you need to know about the Island.
