This custom-built home is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for privacy, amazing amenities, plenty of parking, & beautiful sweeping views of the Missouri River & river Bluffs. Sunsets here are truly stunning. The home sleeps up to 14 people, depending on arrangement.

The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans, coffee pot, dishes & utensils. There is adequate seating for meals in the home with 2 separate dining rooms & a breakfast bar.

The living room offers vaulted ceilings, gorgeous hardwood floors, a beautiful rock propane fireplace & views for days with a patio door leading to the back covered patio. Spend your time relaxing in the living room or step out onto the patio to cook a meal on the propane grill or enjoy sitting around the firepit while watching the wildlife, including Pheasants, Turkey, Deer & more.

Pets are welcome.

For a fun night of card or board games, find yourself in the fully finished garage that offers a bar, tables chairs and a TV.

Six of us stayed her for a guys weekend away from the hustle and bustle of work and family life. This house is nestles on top of a bluff looking out to the great Missouri River, which has an amazing view! This was relaxing and privided much needed relaxation! We traveled with a friend who is in a wheelchair, and this place was easy for him. The ONLY downside was there is no handicao accesible shower, (which we new) This house does have handrails and ramps and all one level!

Yearly pheasant hunt. We've stayed in several different houses in the Chamberlain SD area.

We've enjoyed many different houses in our stays on our hunts. We always have a good time, enjoy the scenery, enjoy the local people and restaurants.

Awesome Place

The house was very nice and clean, garage was heated and there was plenty of space to park. Plenty of room to sleep our whole group. Beautiful views. Overall very pleased.

Great weekend away

We were celebrating a friend’s birthday & chose Chamberlain to get away. This house was perfect location for us to enjoy the town , but also relax in the countryside with the gorgeous river views! The patio was our favorite & the large garage allowed us to enjoy games. Highly recommended the property!

Great experience!

Great location, insane views over the water, and great amenities! Everything you need from a fire pit, to a grill, to a dog kennel, to a laundry room is right at your fingertips! Would definitely recommend!

Perfect extended family getaway

The house has a great layout and was perfect for our small group. The living room has a stunning view of the river. The kitchen is well stocked (though a bit disorganized) and was perfect for preparing our meals. Quick responses from the property manager when I had questions. We would definitely stay again in this beautiful home!

Beautiful view of sunsets

We stayed here with family for a hunting trip. The king size mattress slept good, the bedroom behind master could use a new mattress instead of topper. Would also be nice to have a vacuum cleaner. There was a dust buster but it didn’t work. Also, a petty but important side note. Bring your own toilet paper unless you like one ply.

Beautiful place with Beautiful views

The home was beautiful and big enough to fit 14 of us. The view overlooking the river was amazing especially peaceful in the early morning and amazing sunsets! When we first arrived, I noticed a foul smell in the gagarage when i first opened the door. I wasn't super concerned about it as the house didn't smell and was nice and clean. One of the bedrooms is in the garage but it is closed off by a door. The next morning the oder was getting stronger and as the door to the house from the garage was being opened, it was causing that foul oder to enter the house. We went searching for the cause of the smell in the garage. After searching we found the issue. Whoever was in the home before us left two of the knobs to the gas stove on. This could have been a horrible situation! Not only could this have caused an explosion, 5 of the family members were sleeping in the room in the garage! That stove should be removed. It is a hazard! At the very least, put an electric stove there if you need one there! The fireplace somehow turned itself on and heated the house to 85 degrees while we were at the lake and there were no instructions on how to shut it off or turn in on anywhere in the house that we could find. We contaced the host and she says she would contact the owner to find out what to do but we never got contacted back until we had already checked out of the home. There was also a sewer smell coming from the laundry room the morning we were packing up to leave.
