The NEST at Round Top is the perfect getaway for groups of all sizes—whether you’re looking for a relaxing escape from the city, or a fun-filled vacation with shopping, delicious restaurants, wine tastings and more—we have exactly what you’re looking for.

We can accommodate up to 19 overnight guests in 4 bedrooms with 10 beds and 5.5 baths. For events, we can host up to 150 people.

PROPERTY DETAILS:

The 100-year-old farmhouse has been fully remodeled with all new stainless-steel appliances, excellent AC and a wrap-around porch with comfortable rocking chairs so you can take in the sounds of nature.

There's an 84" TV with Apple TV in the Guesthouse with a large, L-shaped sofa to curl up on to watch your favorite shows and there's also a 34" smart TV in the Primary Bedroom.

The newly renovated barn is made of original wood from a century old tobacco barn in Kentucky and is finished out with new luxury bedding, antique bathtubs and AC. This spacious 2,000 sq ft building features vaulted ceilings, exposed rafters and is dotted with string lights to create a true glamping experience—ideal for those looking for a rustic adventure. Please note: if we have extreme temperatures (below 45 or above 90 degrees) the AC system/heater in The Barn might not be able to keep up during peak hours.

Outside features a wood-burning fire pit, kitchen with a dining table that seats 10, wine fridge and authentic Argentinian grill.
