Nice 3/2 condo is available for rent on the ground floor. Completely furnished with fully equipped kitchen. The 3rd bedroom is called "Florida room" with a queen size bed. Upgraded TV channel package, high speed internet, big closets. All tiled, no carpet. Private entrance. Outside patio with a table and chairs. Washer/dryer in the unit, and parking right in front of the entrance. The condo is 1300 sq/feet. Fully upgraded with linens and towels and TVs in the master bedroom and the living room. Right near shopping plaza. Walking distance to Super Target. Only 3.5 miles from the Beach.

Great Location

Clean/spacious/nicely updated. Phillip responded to our needs well. A sample of body wash/shampoo would've been appreciated since we had just gotten in from MI. & hadn't gone to store. The exteriors are in the process of being painted- long overdue & a great improvement. Close to stores, restaurants & beach- perfect location!🙂

Our Stay at Deer Creek Raquet Club

We had a great stay at the apartment at the Deer Creek Raquet Club. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped with everything one needs, and more. The location was perfect for us….close to the beach, within walking distance to shopping and other amenities. The Raquet Club property is well maintained. The general Deer Creek neighborhood is delightful with a beautiful golf course, walking paths, and lots of people walking and cycling in the neighborhood. Phillip was a GREAT host….very friendly, responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

Recommend for the families with a car

We have had a great stay at Philip’s property. The unit had enough beds to accommodate our family of 3 adults and 2 teenage boys. The unit has all necessary amenities like washer/dryer/dishwasher, as well as key kitchen appliances. There were 2 TV sets too and one of the game consoles (not sure which one as my boys don’t play). The location is very convenient if you have a car. It takes you only 10 min to reach the nearest beach or south inlet rocks which is an excellent fishing point with free access. Or 25 min if you prefer angle fishing from the pier (Boynton Inlet). Our boys’ trophies included such items as nurse shark, barracuda, moulet, parrot fish, palometa and lots of amberjacks and sergeants used as baits. Don’t waste your time on touristic spots like Deerfield Beach Int’l fishing pier or alike. They are unreasonably priced and are not as fun as the other spots mentioned There are some great beach parks nearby too: Lauderdale by the Sea, Boca Raton, Pompano beach and West Palm beach. The owner Philip is very nice person easy to deal with. Speaks Eng/Rus just in case. Net, it is a fairly good accommodation option for a family with children, for those who like active vacation and not very picky on minor things like top loader WM or some normal wear and tear of furniture etc. Don't consider this place in case your favorite places are in South Miami, since it would take you 50 min one way Thank you, Philip. We would stay once again when next time in Florida.

Large and comfortable place, amazing AC, great host

The place itself is large and comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied, has a large eat in table. The living room/dining room is comfy with big couches, a large tv and a large dining table. The MBR is very comfortable. Great if you are planning on going to the beach which is quite close. No pool and no real porch to hang out on.

Spacious Condo

The space was clean and roomy. Interior was nice. Exterior was in need of painting. Linens could use an upgrade but overall it was a comfortable space that accommodated 5 adults and a baby.

Owner was helpful and accommodating in every way. There was a modern renovated kitchen as well as 2 nice renovated bathrooms. 2 miles from I 95 and about 5 miles from the Florida Turnpike. 4 miles to the beach. Nice place to walk.

Great property manager

Philip was very accessible and quick to answer if we had any questions or concerns. The property is located well, close to many stores, etc. Target is less than a 1 minute drive away which was very convenient for groceries, etc. We were disappointed that the pool was under construction, and the one we were able to access in it’s place was not within walking distance, wasn’t heated and did not have bathrooms available. Philip found us an alternative which we appreciated.

My experience with Philip was terrific. He was very pleasant and accomodating with our situation. His place was beautiful nicely maintained and clean and would have been perfect for us. We had to cancel the day we arrived because it was too far from the rest of the family. Philip was truly understanding and I would definitely recommend his place!

Phillips, was always there to assist you, We rented the place while on a training camp trip so our criteria maybe different from vacationers. The place itself is fully stocked with all the amenities needed to have a comfortable stay. It was very relaxing and is very clean. The restaurants and shops ( including Target, Publix, etc.) is one or two blocks to the west. 5 miles from the beach. All in all, the place is great for anyone who is looking to spend a relaxing time in the sun!

Just missing the pool

It was very clean, large . Sadly we were not told the pool wasn’t open , went to the next complex and it wasn’t operational either . Owner was kind , but would like to have known . Checked it late as they were still cleaning as previous person thought they still had a day to stay Aside from that it was large , had everything you need and was close to stores , walking path. Etc . Owner told us pool will be ready in February

Great apartment, has everything you need!

We had a wonderful time at Deer Creek. We stayed there for three weeks and enjoyed every minute. The apartment was an ideal place for us to stay. The pool is just two minutes away. Free parking right outside the door. Within walking distance from SuperTarget, shops and supermarket. The apartment was very clean and spacious. It has a washer and dryer and all kitchen needs. Our host was very friendly and was available to answer questions. The apartment was in a beautiful area. Great place for walking and jogging. The beach is just 10-15 minutes away.
