This is the downstairs unit of a duplex. Upon entering, you will see an open floor plan! In the living room you will find plenty of seating on a couch or a recliner chair. Adjoining the living room you will find a play nook with toys and books. The kitchen is furnished with amenities such as the coffee maker, popcorn popper, toaster, spice rack, basic baking supplies, and a mini waffle maker. The washer and dryer are housed in a closet that opens into the kitchen. The main bathroom has a bathtub with a shower and plenty of counter space.
