Introducing : A luxurious and elegant villa nestled in the burgeoning neighborhood of Berawa/Canggu in Bali. This stunning villa was meticulously constructed to the highest standards, reaching completion in December 2017. In September 2019, a generous cabana was added to the property, providing a delightful retreat from the intense Balinese sun.

The villa is a contemporary and chic 3-bedroom haven situated on a tranquil and secluded lane, just a short 150-meter walk from the picturesque Berawa Beach, where local fishermen set sail in their traditional "jukungs" each morning.

Surrounding the villa, you'll find the quiet streets of Berawa, Batu Bolong (also known as Old Man's Beach), and Echo Beach, home to numerous beach clubs, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, and charming boutiques that define the allure of the popular Canggu area. Upon entering the villa, you'll be greeted by the shimmering waters of the 9 x 5-meter indoor/outdoor pool, the inviting outdoor living room, the three frameless glass-fronted bedrooms, and the captivating overwater bridge and water feature.

The indoor living area features a plush sofa, a dining space, a 60-inch smart TV equipped with Netflix, and a fully furnished kitchen. The outdoor living area boasts two more cozy sofas and a bar area, providing delightful views of rice paddies and refreshing sea breezes.

The villa offers the services of two full-time villa attendants, along with a manager, pool attendant, and gardener. If you desire delectable meals prepared, a chef can be arranged at an additional cost. The villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests across its three bedrooms.

Centered around a captivating T-shaped swimming pool, the villa offers practicality and space with two distinct living areas, an open-plan kitchen and dining room, a pool deck, three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with spacious ensuite bathrooms and freestanding bathtubs.

Guests will find their way to the villa through a quiet laneway (gang), leading to double entry doors.

Upon entry, the villa's outdoor living area, expansive pool, water feature, and meticulously landscaped gardens come into view. Turning left leads to the main living and kitchen pavilion, while the master bedroom is located beneath the second pavilion. Proceeding straight ahead will take you to the two guest bedrooms beneath the third pavilion.

Master Suite:

The master suite offers a romantic and inviting retreat. The bedroom features a Bali super king-size bed (2m x 2m), timber bedhead and side tables, reading lamps, a spacious clothes cupboard, blackout curtains, timber venetians, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and mosquito screens. Glass front doors slide open, revealing a 3-meter opening onto a timber deck and a shallow pool area with semi-submerged sunbeds. The bathroom boasts both an indoor and an outdoor rain shower, twin vanities, and a freestanding bathtub within a sliding glass alcove.

Guest Bedroom Suites 2 & 3:

Both guest suites feature Bali super king-size beds (2m x 2m), which can be converted into two king single beds (1m x 2m), timber bedheads, reading lamps, clothes cupboards, blackout curtains, timber venetians, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and mosquito screens. Glass doors slide open, providing 3-meter openings onto timber decks and a shallow pool area with semi-submerged sunbeds. The ensuite bathrooms are equipped with showers, twin vanities, and freestanding bathtubs.

Common Features in All Guest Bedroom Suites:

The three bedrooms feature cool tile flooring underfoot, are fully air-conditioned, have ceiling fans, and are equipped with mosquito-screened windows to allow for fresh air, which is often sufficiently cool during Bali's winter months, especially if close to the beach or in the mountains (July, August, September).

All bathrooms are stocked with soft, fluffy white towels and bath and shower essentials such as gels, shampoos, and soaps.

A safe deposit box is available in each bedroom.

Indoor Living - Main Floor:

The spacious main living and dining area boasts frameless glass sliding doors that open on two sides, seamlessly blending the indoors with the outdoors. Guests can relax in the cool sea breezes, use the ceiling fan, or enjoy the comfort of air conditioning. A wall unit displays Balinese artifacts and supports a 60-inch LG Smart TV with access to Netflix. The kitchen is well-appointed with a "door-in-door" fridge featuring an ice maker, a hot and cold filtered water dispenser, an oven, a microwave, and a cooktop.

Outdoor Living - Main Floor:

The outdoor living area, sheltered under a high-pitched roof, includes two additional plush sofas. There are four submerged sunbeds, providing an ideal spot to cool off during the day, with two in each of the "shallow wings" within the pool. At the far end of the pool, you'll find an open-air cabana and bridge adorned with lounge chairs and more sunbeds, perfect for those looking to relax in the shade.

In the outdoor living and pool area, the sound system is configured with a Sonos Play 5, allowing you to play your own music, as well as access Spotify and Tunein Radio from your mobile device.
