Welcome to beach-breeze condo, a 2 bedroom plus Queen bed in alcove area at Grand Panama Resort, a beach front condo on the 8th floor with amazing views, large balcony, seasonal beach chairs and umbrella included,4 beach towels provided, sleeps 8.

You will have a breathtaking beachfront view the minute you walk in to this condo. Enjoy the beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, have breakfast at the kitchen island, the separate dining area or take your coffee and enjoy the large balcony overlooking the ocean.

The open floor plan leads into a living room with an ocean views, a large flat screen TV with ample seating provides a comfortable area for movie nights. The balcony off of the living room provides the perfect setting for an evening cocktail.

The primary bedroom features a private balcony, king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. A separate tub, walk-in shower and double vanity provide a roomy dressing area. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and shares a bathroom with the queen bed in the alcove area. There are flat screen tv's in both bedrooms. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The unit includes a brand new stainless steel stack washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen with all small appliances including a Keurig and regular coffee maker. All bed and bath linens are included just bring your beach towels and sunscreen.

The resort has 2 pools(heated seasonally), 2 kiddie pools, grills and picnic area. A pool side bar and grill, fitness center, general store and covered parking. Grand Panama is centrally located to restaurants, shopping and only 1/2 mile to Shipwreck Island Water Park.

No pets or smoking allowed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Guest must be at least 25 years of age to register, government issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit will be required. Check in is at 4:00pm check out at 10:00am

Safety features at this property includes a fire extinguisher smoke detectors and a deadbolt lock.

Resort Fees and Parking
*Resort fee for each unit is $55 per stay which includes a parking pass for one vehicle and wristbands. A second vehicle parking pass maybe purchased for a fee of $35. There is a two vehicle limit (additional parking is available offsite) per unit.

*Parking passes, along with wristbands can be obtained by preregistering at https://grandpanamacoa.com/registration-form/ or at the time of arrival at the check in desk in the lobby of Tower2.

*Passes must be displayed with information visible in the front windshield of the vehicle. Towing is STRICTLY enforced for vehicles
that are not registered or displaying a parking pass.

*Parking is located in the parking levels 2-5 in tower 2, the stand alone parking garage west of tower 2, between tower 2 and stand alone garage and also the parking lot at the left hand back side of the property. The crossover to tower 1 is located on level 5, press P5 in the elevator to reach the crossover.

* There is 15 minute loading/unloading in front of tower 1. Luggage carts are available on 1st floor of tower1 and levels 2-5 in tower2.

*Handicap parking is in front of tower 1,in the garage of tower 1, in the stand alone garage and on each floor of tower2 parking levels 2-5.

*Trailers, scooters, microcars and golf carts are not allowed to be parked on the property.
