Our beautiful home is completely updated with new floors, fresh paint, new lighting, and new comfortable furnishings. The home offers both front and back screened-in porches, with the back overlooking the water. A propane gas grill is included on the outside deck. The brand new beautiful pool is less than a 40 yard walk. Guests also have access to the Linkside Pool. This pool has a hot tub and is a short golf cart ride- about a mile from the house.

Our one-story home is in the heart of the Sandestin Resort. We are in the center of everything- four golf courses, the tennis center, a marina with a restaurant, walking paths, fishing, shopping, and the beach- all within a 5 minute golf cart ride.

Once you arrive you are close to everything Sandestin has to offer. Park your car and use the golf cart to get everywhere! The beach is also only a four minute golf cart ride.

A very short three minute walk from our home you will find Jolee Island. There you can stroll with your dog, take the kids on a nature walk or even enjoy some fishing! At the marina you can rent boats, paddle boards, jet-skis, kayaks, or take a sunset dinner cruise. There is also a fabulous tennis center (0.4 miles away) featuring lighted clay courts, instruction, and a great pro shop. Baytown Village has tons of activities for the whole family including concerts, obstacle courses, zip line, playgrounds, shopping, bars and restaurants.

Drive (3-4 min- designated golf cart tunnel that goes under HWY 98) Walk (~20 min) or Bike along a designated path to reach the pristine sands of the Gulf of Mexico. The resort features four award-winning golf courses, The Market Shops (10 restaurants, shopping, Publix Supermarket, Farmer’s Market (Summer months 9am-1 pm), IMAX movie theatre, and fitness center (located in Grand Blvd).

The large screened-in porch is perfect for relaxing and enjoying your morning coffee or a nightcap, overlooking the resort lake. The master bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite full bath with new marble shower and also a unique extra outdoor shower. The second bedroom features two queen beds with full hall bath (tub/shower). All bedrooms and baths feature new linens and towels. Beach towels and beach chairs also provided.
