Summerhouse Beach Front Condo at Beautiful Panama City Beach

Come enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico in this 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit. This 5th floor beachfront condo is located in the newest building at Summerhouse Condominiums and can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. The beautiful views of the pool and emerald waters can be seen from the privacy of your own balcony, living area and master bedroom. The condo has undergone recent renovations and is beautifully furnished with new furniture, new mattresses, new appliances, new sliding glass doors in living room and master bedroom, all new granite counter tops and kitchen cabinets.  The unit hosts smart-TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and includes access to the lobby wireless printer/scanner – a paradise for your office needs! The large master bedroom has a king bed, plenty of drawers and closet space, along with a breathtaking view of the emerald ocean. The second bedroom has 2 full-size beds, a spacious closet and private access to the second bathroom.  Both bedrooms include linens, smart TVs, alarm clocks and ceiling fans with central air throughout. You will find a hair dryer and towels in each bathroom. Beach towels are not included. The kitchen features new granite counter tops, stainless steel microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator (with ice maker), and electric range.   The unit supplies all your daily needs such as coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, blender and plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils provided. A newly purchased washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board are available for your use. We do provide beach service for our guests for no additional charge – two chairs and an umbrella (season pending) are available. The Summerhouse building has many amenities for our guests including two swimming pools (one heated during colder months), a hot tub and outdoor showers. Tennis, pickleball and shuffleboard are available for all guests. Community BBQ grills and a game room are on site with pool tables and arcade games.
 
We provide not just a place for you to call a vacation-spot, but a place for you to call “home”!

Great Condo

Great Condo. Awesome Owners. Owners kept constant contact with us thru the hurricane. Felt safe with updates. Great communication thru out the stay. Would definitely stay in this condo again. Plenty of amenities in the condo, everything you would need. Rate 5 stars for Condo Capri and the owners.

Our stay at Summerhouse was great!

Our month stay at the Summerhouse was a great winter vacation. The condo was beautiful and clean. We loved relaxing on the balcony overlooking the gulf. Mike and Alisshia were great hosts. They made sure we had everything we needed in the condo and also great recommendations for restaurants and events in the area. It was a very friendly environment. We enjoyed the pool area and taking daily walks on the beach. We’re looking forward to returning next winter.

The BEST getaway… you’ll be glad you stayed here!

We spent one week at the condo. We had a wonderful experience. Here are the highlights: -Check in is easy. They give each guest a unique passcode to enter the unit. -The condo is GORGEOUS! The unit has been completely renovated. A full kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc… everything you need to prepare a meal. The living room and master bedroom have doors that open to the balcony overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom has TWO full beds, a tv and its own bathroom. -It is CLEAN. The type of clean where you can tell someone did more than simply wipe things down. I hate staying at hotels because I always worry they don’t change the duvet. Not the case here. The bedding was obviously freshly washed. -No detail overlooked. They’ve thought of everything! The living room and both bedrooms have smart TVs… they’ve already paid for streaming services so, just turn on the tv and enjoy. The cabinet in the living room has a variety of board games. After a long day at the beach we’d eat dinner then sit at the large dining table and play Jenga, rummikub and uno. Oh! AND there’s a washer and dryer… so, if your kids are messy like mine… they’ve got you covered. That’s a lot to say: it’s great. We loved staying here and we are planning to return again at the end of summer.

Impressive

Our family had the opportunity of staying at this condo and was thoroughly impressed. The Isaac's accommodated us with making sure we got into the condo early because of our flight and we arrived to a pleasant surprise of our simple list of groceries already in the kitchen. We were ready to hit the beach after a long day of travel. The condo has everything you need including some essentials that my wife did not have to go out and quickly purchase. We really felt like they took the time to add the little things that matter. Beds were comfortable, back patio was great for morning coffee and the condon was clean. First thing we noticed when we walked in the door was how clean and new it smelt. We are excited to book here again,! We will be a repeated visitor.

Our new favorite spot!

The condo was more than we expected. Everything we needed for our vacation was there, including beach toys for my son. I can’t think the owners enough for making this trip so special for us. So clean and honestly the best view I have experienced in PCB. Such a nice condo complex, the grounds were clean, pool was nice and no problems at all. Beds were comfortable and we slept like babies. I can’t wait to book our fall 2024 trip! Thank you to the Isaacs for giving us a perfect trip - we loved it!!
