Parking: Up to 3 vehicles (Carillon HOA requires $35 per vehicle for weekly pass)
Golf carts: Must be rented from the approved Carillon vendor; charging permitted only in driveway
Beach towels provided; guests may rent extra chairs through the beach service
Refundable security deposit: $500 (collected prior to stay and refunded post-inspection)
