This charming vacation retreat is just 5 minutes away from beautiful Folsom Lake! Tucked away in a private location in Granite Bay, the perfect getaway for anyone seeking tranquility and natural beauty. Folsom Lake is known for the most amazing scenic biking routes, hiking trails, and picnic areas. Enjoy boating, wakeboarding, paddle boarding, and fishing. Visit amazing local wineries, breweries, local markets, restaurants, and cultural sites, offering a well-rounded vacation experience.
The space
The house is a and tastefully furnished, designed to provide comfort and convenience. Large windows allow plenty of natural light. It features four bedrooms, each and equipped with cozy beds to ensure a good night's sleep for all guests. This recently updated home is well stocked with essential amenities. Covered parking for your wake-board boat, truck, and RV!

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. It comes with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all necessary cookware and utensils. The adjacent dining area provides a lovely setting to enjoy meals together while overlooking the scenic beauty outside.

Bring your passwords to enjoy streaming services on the large screen Fire TV. High speed Internet, Board games, BBQ, and Highchair.

Enjoyed 4 nights here last week with my six sisters. The house and property were nicely maintained. Our communications with Kim were great. Definitely recommend this home for a quiet and restful getaway.

Loved visiting the Granite Bay Area. Historic Folsom was awesome the Folsom Sanctuary Zoo was great even though it was 100 degrees. Went to golfland water park so much to do in the area. House was like home with an amazing pool, hot tub and patio area. Thank you Kim and Luis very accommodating hosts 5 stars for sure.

Overall the place was nice inside. Most beds we okay but the extra blankets needed to be freshened. Nice kitchen. The outside was in desperate need of TLC. Not what I would consider an oasis. There was a bunch of wood where they had taken down a tree. The pool light was broke, 1 lounge chair, and cleaning equipment just left on the table out there. Waterfall by pool had a weed growing out of it. The area outside before you go into the pool was full of weeds and the patio furniture was worn and it was not not a very clean area. Worn wood on the outside of the house in the back.

We've stayed at this home several times, and it has become our favorite place to stay whenever we visit family in Granite Bay. The home is private, spacious, and has a wonderful open layout that's perfect for spending time together as a family.The backyard is a highlight, with a beautiful pool and hot tub where we spent hours swimming, relaxing, and enjoying family barbecues. The house is always spotless, the beds are very comfortable, and everything is thoughtfully arranged to make you feel at home.Kim is an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and always easy to communicate with. She truly goes above and beyond to make every stay enjoyable.We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing getaway, and we look forward to staying here again on our next trip!

This was our second time staying at Kim and Luis’s home, and it was just as wonderful as the first visit. That alone says a lot! They continue to be incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure everything is seamless and comfortable. The home is consistently clean, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location. It’s rare to find a place that delivers such a reliable and welcoming experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at the private oasis! The owner, Kim, was great with her communication and was quick with her responses to any questions that we had. The location of the property was perfect and close to restaurants and shopping. Our favorite part was relaxing in the backyard and enjoying the hot tub. We were in town for a wedding and the house was a perfect place to relax and recharge in between wedding activities.

This house was home sweet home. Such a comfortable home. The kitchen is well stocked, and the beds are SO comfortable. Relaxing by the was Heavenly. Host Kimberley is amazing. We will come back.

Was a girls trip (over 60) getting together for an annual trip. Clean interior with plenty of beds for all 6 of us. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and cooked one night on the grill; easy to use. Weather was perfect for floating in the pool. We never left the property!

Great for groups

Fun house with nice hot tub. Pool looked nice too but we didn't use it. We were in town for an event at the Johnson Ranch Sports Club, this is a great location convenient to that facility.

The “Oasis” was perfect as a home base for a week of house hunting. The WiFi was fast so I could work remotely. The location worked great as a central location for exploring homes, shopping, fun and visiting family in Tahoe. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool when we had downtime and the park across the street was great for walking our dog. The hosts checked on us regularly, and left some nice treats to enjoy during our stay. Overall, it was perfect!

Property and amenities are great and clean. Location is right off a busy road, saw someone scoping out the backyard early in the morning on one of our days. Communication with property managers is good. Overall good stay and very enjoyable. Great space for boat/rv parking

Property was great. The host was phenomenal with great communication and kindness. A few things that we wish would have been better. The pool was not clean. We wanted to grill and went to clean it, the grill brush was so worn down. We tried to use aluminum foil and that was almost completely gone, so ran out and had nothing to use for leftovers. The dish soap was almost gone, so washing bottles was tough. All minor things. The property was great and the kids had a blast.
