FULLY REMODELED! New -kitchen, 2 baths, flooring, paint, vanities, built in closets, A/C, beds, bedding, couch, etc.. It is stunning! There's even a full NanaWall, so you can gaze out on the gulf, unobstructed!

PLEASE NOTE! Hurricane IAN took out the pool. No clue when it will be up and running again.
The elevator is working!

Please do not mistake this complex for Bonita Beach Club. This is Dolphin Way. A small, intimate, complex of only 3 small buildings. Even during season, there is plenty of space on our beach!

The condo is directly on the beach. There are loads of area golf courses!

We are partially handicapped accessible. There is an elevator, and you can get around easily in the condo with a walker or wheelchair.

The condo is located on Little Hickory Island, in Bonita Springs. There is water on both sides of the condo. You can drive on to the island. The address is 25840 Hickory Blvd, unit 302B.

The condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, and large lanai. All amenities are top notch! We have all stayed at a beach house with missing light bulbs, not enough silverware, etc. This is not that condo. This is our home away from home, and we have it stocked as such.

The master bedroom has a king 2020 purchased Serta Beauty Sleeper mattress. It also has a wall mounted flat screen TV, built in closets, and a sleek IKEA dresser.
The master bath has another huge custom closet, and lots of space. It has a brand new custom shower. In the closet you will find plenty of room to hang anything needed. The master bath has all first aid items you might need, and aloe in case the sun gets you. There are hair dryers in both bathrooms. One more thing not to pack.

The second bedroom has two pillow top single beds with brands new linens. It also features a desk , and copier/printer/fax machine, in case you need to print a boarding pass from your computer. There’s also a dresser, and a huge closet with built ins, with all your beach towels, beach bags, sarongs to wear to the beach, robes for after you shower, and extra bedding linens.

The newly remodeled hall bath has a full bath.

Love to cook? We have a BRAND NEW full kitchen equipped with All Clad pans and real silverware. Want to take your cocktail to the beach to watch the sunset? Just fill up our Sur La Table pho glassware (glass like thick plastic!) we do still have regular glassware for use in the condo, along with lots of “to go” items for the beach. Beach items include cooler, disposable cups, and plastic champagne, wine, and rocks glasses. All the regular kitchen necessities are also available: toaster, regular coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, blender, lots of serving dishes, etc..

The living room features a brand new couch, a swivel leather chair, a 50-inch flat screen, wall mounted, TV, a stereo, and even binoculars to see the dolphins pass in the morning.

The dining area features seating for 4, but you can bring chairs from the lanai, or office if you have guests, and accommodate up to 6 easily. We’ve got several patterns of placemats, so you can be as casual, or classy, as the situation deems.

Swim in front of the condo with the dolphins or manatees-literally!

Need a spa while you're here? Lover's key spa is right behind us. Or get really fancy and go into the dozens of Naples spas. Shangra La just reopened up the street for yoga and luxury spa treatments.

The condo is only 18 minutes from Fort Myers airport. From the condo, it’s 20 minutes to downtown Fort Myers, or 25 minutes to downtown Naples.

Relax in the white sands. Bonita beach is one of the premier turtle hatching beaches in the United States and also named as one of the top 10 healthiest beaches in the United States by Health magazine.

Please note: our condo complex only allows rentals of 2 weeks or longer! It is very private. Pets are not allowed in this complex.
