The neighborhood is shady at best. Very bad smell throughout home during stay. Booked based on pet friendly however a hour prior was told wasn’t pet friendly. Host allowed us to stay anyway even though I had already spent on another place. There was no area for my dogs to be free nor safe. Not one of the games that was advertised in the posting was functional. Either the game was missing or broken.The pool/ping pong table was missing a part to the leg so it was lop sided and unable to play and all the sticks were broke. The reason I reserved was for the games and none worked at all. The “inflatable” hot tub we all chose not to get in due to the fact that every neighbors camera was mounted directly at the yard pointing right at the hot tub, giving absolutely no privacy. The house was very dirty, living room couch was so stained we wouldn’t sit on it. We left a day early. The only reason we stayed at all was because it was non refundable. Very poor experience. Myself, husband and daughter felt uncomfortable and unsafe the entire time. At one point during the night Saturday a gang of about 100 people on 4 wheelers took over the entire block, revving the engines and peeling out and blocking the streets off, making it impossible to even leave the property. Do not stay here!!!
