When you’re ready for a rest you can relax and enjoy the spacious living room curled up with a book or watching TV!

The Space:
There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room off of the kitchen, and a sun room. The master bedroom has 1 queen and 1 full size bed with a large closet, and the second bedroom has a queen size bed with a walk-in closet.
A fully stocked kitchen with a full stove and oven gives you plenty of food options or you can walk two blocks to local restaurants.
The living Room is roomy and has a Smart TV.
There is parking in front, beside, or behind the building.

The Spartacus is an apartment in an older brick building, across the street from the University of Tampa. There are several restaurants, shops, the riverwalk, park, museums, and a walking path along the bay within a mile.

Getting Around:
Easily accessible by car with free parking on the premises. Walkable to everything at the University of Tampa. Tampa has a wealth of options when it comes to public transport.Why not let someone else do the driving and arrange an Uber or Lyft? It's just short drive to many Tampa Bay attractions.
