The condo was clean, well stocked, and had plenty of space for our group. The location is excellent and you can easily walk into town in 10 minutes. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the hotubs were undergoing renovations! We hope to stay here again.

Bree was an absolutely wonderful guest! She treated our Sun Valley condo like her own home and left everything in perfect condition. Her positive energy and respect for the property made hosting an absolute pleasure. We'd welcome her back anytime with open arms—she's exactly the kind of guest that makes hosting rewarding. Highly recommend to any host lucky enough to have her stay!

This was the perfect place for our group of adults to have as base camp for a wedding weekend in Sun Valley. Plenty of space and the place was clean and check in was smooth even after hours. Can’t recommend enough! Very reasonably priced and appreciate there was a garage for parking!

Ski Buddies

Great location. Lot's of new snow. Lot's of stairs in the condo for old legs. Great hot tub for old legs!

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place had every kitchen utensil you could think of, except a pizza cutter :-). The place very roomy. I would recommend this place.

large place and great location

It was much larger than expected, and nice kitchen/living area. We were there in August, and it was very hot and it was hard to keep the place cool, but there were a few fans that helped. It worked really well for 5 of us. Only drawback is bathrooms were sort of older and not super clean showers. And the deck was older and tucked amongst walls of building, but still nice to sit out on picnic table. We liked our stay overall.

Great Property

We had a great time. The condo was well furnished. Loved having a washer/dryer. Kitchen had all the utensils you would need. Close to the bus stop to River Run. We had some of our group flying out at different times on checkout day and they were very accomodating about letting us check out a little later. Highly recommended.

Sun Valley Ski and Play

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Brilliant location! Less than 1 mile from River Run Lodge. Catch the free shuttle at the nearby bus stop or drive two minutes. Located just a few blocks from the downtown nightlife. The accomodations were perfect for 5 of us to have our own beds. The hot tub was very relaxing after a day on the slopes. Top floor and quiet. Warm garage wasn't large enough for our full-sized 4-door pickup. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen for preparing meals. Interior has normal wear for a condo from this era, but nothing worth docking a star. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and spacious

Our stay at Habitat Condos was great. The unit was more spacious than anticipated and comfortable. We were pleased that the beds were of good quality and comfortable for adults and children. The house is well stocked and everything, though older, works well. The only thing I would recommend is that the owner fix and put well fitting screens in all the windows and sliding doors. The sliding door in the main living area does not have a screen. During our stay it was over 90 degrees during the day so opening the windows and screens was essential. The first day we arrived there were a few wasps that got into the house due to holes in the screens. Alpine Lodging dealt with the wasps immediately (thank you!), but there were still challenges in keeping the place cool as we could not open all the doors and windows. This only really matters a few weeks a year, but something to consider. But we would definitely stay here again, but maybe not in one of the hottest weeks of the year :).

Excellent location!

This property is within easy walking distance to downtown Ketchum. We loved having a garage for our bikes. The key to the garage was tricky and should probably be replaced. The condo was comfortable, but the furnishings/flooring are a bit worn. I enjoyed the artwork and personal touches in the condo.

Great Location

The stay was perfect for our weekend ski trip! It was minutes away from the mountain and also had a gear room for all our ski great, perfect!

Place needs updating. But was in great location, walking distance to downtown.

Condo was fine and was in good Location and included a fireplace an HOA hot tub. Recommend owners update simple things like hardware, fixtures and furniture to modernize.
