709 Ocean Cottage is a one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath oceanview cottage located on the north end of Fripp Island. This two-story home accommodates up to four guests and offers ocean views, two outdoor decks, access to a nearby community pool, and a golf cart included with the rental.



The main level includes the kitchen, dining area, living room, and a half bathroom. The living room provides comfortable seating, a TV with streaming capabilities, and access to the first-floor deck. Large windows and glass doors bring in natural light and provide views toward the ocean.



The kitchen is equipped with cookware, dishes, a coffee maker, oven, freezer, and other basics needed for preparing meals during your stay. The dining area is located just off the kitchen and living room.



Upstairs, the primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, TV with streaming capabilities, and access to a second private deck. The second-floor deck provides another outdoor space to sit and enjoy the ocean views.



The primary bathroom has been recently renovated and includes the washer and dryer for convenient access during your stay. The home also has a newer mini-split heating and cooling system.



Guests have access to the Ocean Cottage community pool located just outside the cottage. Outdoor seating is available on both decks, giving guests the option to spend time outside on either level.



709 Ocean Cottage is located across the street from Ocean Point Golf Course and the Ocean Point area. Its north-island location provides convenient access to golf, the beach, and other nearby Resort amenities.



A golf cart is included with the rental, making it easy to travel around Fripp Island and get to the beach, pools, restaurants, marina, and other Resort areas.



Up to four Fripp Island Resort guest cards are also included with your stay. Guest cards are required to access many Resort amenities, including pools, restaurants and bars, golf, pickleball, tennis, the fitness center, and other Resort facilities. Guest cards also provide access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



The cottage is stocked with a starter supply of basic items, including toilet paper and paper towels. Additional groceries and supplies can be purchased at Springtide Market & Deli near the entrance to the island.



**About Fripp Island**



Fripp Island is a private, gated barrier island located approximately 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina. The island offers 3.5 miles of beach, two golf courses, multiple pool complexes, tennis and pickleball courts, a marina, restaurants, walking and biking paths, and equipment rentals.



Wildlife is common throughout Fripp Island, including whitetail deer and a variety of coastal birds.



Please note that some Resort amenities and hours of operation vary by season. Pets are not permitted at this property, and grills are not allowed.
