Sky Valley Resort is a quiet vibrant community and includes multiple mineral pools, pickle ball, and trails. This unique lot includes direct access to the desert walking trails from the yard. Come for healing retreat. Health minded appliances include a masticating juicer, Cuisinart air fryer, a Vitamix.

This is a peaceful community and really more geared for relaxation than partying. If you are looking to rave in the desert...this is not the spot for you.

The Sky Valley Resort's amenities include their famous healing mineral hot springs pools, gym, billiards room, tennis courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes, basketball, dog park, walking trails, pool fitness classes, and nearby golf course.

This is a 1 bedroom tiny home with a full bathroom and kitchen, a Queen size bed in the bedroom and a Queen size sofa bed in the living room. There is a smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime & basic cable for plenty of viewing enjoyment. Also Bose bluetooth soundbar which can be used with your phone, tablet or laptop. If you seek a wifi free environment you can easily turn off the router however cell phones need to be on wifi to function as there is no nearby tower. (YAY)

KITCHEN

The kitchen has brand new appliances electric stove microwave generous refrigerator/freezer with ice maker cuisnart air fryer/ toaster oven Vitamix blender pots and pans A Keurig coffee maker with a variety of popular coffees. and teas. Please note, you will need to stock up on food and meals as there are no restaurants or markets on the premises. I do provide avocado oil coconut oil and basic spices.

OUTDOOR LIVING

There is outdoor seating including comfortable chairs and table, a picnic table and a two person hammock. An absolutely private gated yard with exquisite views of the desert and direct access thru a private gate.

PARKING

There are two parking spots available directly in front of the casita.
You will have the home to yourself as well as access to all amenities the resort has to offer.


LONGER STAYS:
We require a mini cleaning every 2 weeks for long term stays at $40/cleaning + $125 for the checkout cleaning. (prices subject to change without notice)

DOGS

Must be approved of before booking and leashed at all times in the park.
They are absolutely NOT allowed near the pools or pool decks.
Max 14 night stay. (small dog may be considered for 14 days +)

$75 pet fee
This fee covers extra cleaning required.
Cats are not allowed because their dander is impossible to clear and many people seeking retreat here have respiratory issues.
Although the house will be thoroughly cleaned please be advised in the case that someone in your party has severe allergies.

This is a brand new tiny home and yet it features lofted ceilings and exquisite views of the mountains and desert. All of the furniture bedding and appliances are brand new. There are some limitations to the amount of hot water but truthfully you will want to be soaking and showering in the mineral waters provided in the two pool areas.

If you are seeking a 5g free zone you are in luck. There is wifi

The only cell provider that gets decent reception is Verizon. If you have any other carrier, you are guaranteed an "away from it all" experience. :o)
