There is ample counter space and storage for all your cooking needs, making it easy to prepare meals while enjoying the beautiful scenery. The dining area seats four and there's room for two more at the kitchen counter. In the comfy living area, you'll find a queen sleeper sofa, and a 55" flat-screen TV equipped with Roku for your entertainment. Access to the balcony is also available from the living area. Step outside onto the private balcony to soak in the fresh mountain air and take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. It's a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks while watching the sunset. The bedroom boasts large corner windows with views of the mountains. It features a plush king-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of outdoor adventures. There's also has a dedicated work space so you can check-in at the office while on vacation. Conveniently located next to the bedroom is a full bathroom, equipped with a shower/tub combination, a vanity with a sink, and a toilet. Fresh towels and basic toiletries are provided for your convenience.

INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property.

A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests unable to reach the booked property due to a lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
