Classic décor touches and a sprawling dining room table with seating for six give this condo a more formal feel, while still offering cozy touches great for a family. It's easy to sprawl out and make yourself at home on the spacious living room sectional couch, where there's room for the whole crew. A wall-mounted TV ensures everyone stays entertained during down time. On cold winter evenings, turn on the flames in the gas fireplace and curl up on the couch or enjoy a family meal gathered around the spacious table. Tucked under a chandelier and backed by a decorative wall hanging, the dining table in this condo is well-suited for family meals that celebrate a special occasion or holiday. Slide open the glass doors to soak in moments on the private balcony, where you'll enjoy views of mountains in the distance.

From family vacations to getaways with friends, the open concept floorplan in this unit is well-suited for gathering together. The living room and dining area flow seamlessly into the kitchen, which boasts full-sized appliances and a spacious island. Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.
