Pet Friendly, dog only - $200 pet fee, 50lb weight limit.
Although this home is considered `Pet Friendly` you are required to select this option when booking your reservation if you choose to have a pet occupying the home. You will be required to pay a one-time $200 pet fee that is non-refundable.

-Garage is locked and for owners use only and will not be accessible to guest.

Please note the following requirements to complete your reservation:
Government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.
Guests must review and sign the single-page Rental Agreement at check-in. This document outlines the house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, and helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for both parties.
Minimum age to book is 25 years old.

Check-in time: Typically Between 3:00 and 5:00pm.
Check-out time: 10:00am. These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. All guests and belongings must be out of the unit as housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for the next guests. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months.
Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Holiday reservations are non-refundable: Blue Angels Week, 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, and Memorial Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable.
Hurricane Policy: REFUNDS GIVEN when a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued.

TRAVEL INSURANCE is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment.

Your cell phone number should be made available at the time of booking.
All check-in information will be texted with the number provided on the day of arrival.

Donna, the property manager, will be available day and evening, throughout your stay, for any questions, needs, or recommendations. You will be able to contact her directly.

Pet must be disclosed to property manager at time of booking.
Any unauthorized pet on the property is in clear violation and there will be, without exception, a $200 charge.

A $150 fee may be charged for ionization, if smoking in the property is detected.
