In the rare event of a malfunction, we will make every effort to arrange for a repair or replacement as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee an immediate resolution because parts and technicians may be unavailable. Therefore, appliance issues cannot be grounds for reimbursement or cancellation requests. Please proceed with your reservation only if you agree to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

*** Please note that the condo may occasionally experience water shut-offs for maintenance purposes. These situations are beyond our control and typically last only a short duration. Additionally, power outages caused by the electricity company or local issues are also beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding, as these interruptions are usually temporary.

Water shut off lasts more than 7 hours in a day, we will refund $100 for that day of your booking.

The condo may need to do routine pest control or AC service. You will see the notice posted on the elevator. Please accommodate these services only if your reservation dates fall on one of these dates. They shouldn't take too long. These are mandatory condo services; if they aren't completed on time, the owner may be fined.

Parking Garage: Important for those who plan to rent a car and park there. (Please note the parking garage is not operated by us, so if there are any issues with the ticket or garage-related problems, please contact the number on the ticket. Thank you)

Upon entering the first entrance, please take a ticket. After parking, you can go to the Kiosk to purchase the multi-day pass by following the on-screen directions.

Once you link your multi-day pass to your 1st entrance ticket, you can exit that garage using the multi-day pass barcode. Note: Please don't use the 1st entrance ticket to exit the garage without scanning your multi-day pass, or your multi-day pass may not work when you return. (this is to link your multi-day pass with your original ticket)

When you return to the garage after you go out, please use that multi-day pass to get into the garage again, and don't pull a new ticket.
