Safety and Privacy. Inside this grand 6000 sq. ft. of invigorating coastal living space as you exit the elevator on the first floor there are two large bedrooms, a studio and/or Internet room with en suite bathrooms all (3), situated next to balcony access, as well as a main corridor that leads into the main Living, Dining room and card/game area. Laundry (washer and dryer) and a small single maid's/helper room with en suite bathroom on this level.
With four private terraces (no neighbours) to choose from the Yacht club front shell shaped living room & Master bedroom terrace to the back one leading from the back two Bedrooms for some hammock chill time.
Alternatively the upper level commands equally grander front and back terraces from the breezier back one for awesome champagne Sunsets or the Jacuzzi front with equal Sunset rear view due to its concentric circular unique construction unseen previously in Salinas. On the second floor, adjacent to the Bar, through the back corridor lays an additional private (guest) suite with its own dining room, kitchen and en suite Bathroom for family or guests staying the night, and which leads directly out to the front Terrace adjacent to the Jacuzzi hot tub which is also located here and is perfect for viewing the back Beach Sparkling Sunsets.
The Westerly Terrace and Breezier side offers a large enough area for outside dancing, Barbecue areas, Nude Sun Bathing & gazing or small plane watching.
Both Terraces connect through the unique Party room via open Ocean Blue Tinted patio door sliders complete with its own stage for live musical shows as well as its own dance floor, Karaoke / 50 inch Flat Screen (Sat TV), Darts and Table Tennis areas with its own stunningly built in recessed bar.
