Beachfront studio apartment sleeps 3 in the heart of San Juan , PR - Washer and Dryer in Studio
10 minutes from airport . Newly remodeled modern studio. Gated 24 hour security. Direct beach access. 2 swimming pools, tennis courts and basketball courts on premise. Walking distance to all the nightlife and restaurants. Right next door to the San Juan Hotel and Casino.
CONDO LOCATION:

The condo is located at Coral Beach Building one of the nicest beachfront condominiums in Isla Verde Avenue and by far the best location of all.

Location Amenities:

• Gated beachfront building with 24 hour security
• Lots of restaurants and nightlife options a few steps away
• Next door to the Intercontinental Hotel and the San Juan Hotel
• Strip mall with Mini Market, ATM and restaurants across the street
• 24-hour CVS and Walgreens one block away
• 24-hour Charlie Car Rental one block away
• 24-hour Supermarket ~ 5 minute walk
• Various trendy beach bars a few steps. Ciao Mediterraneo Intercontinental Bar next door
• Watersports rentals a few steps away (wave runners, kayaks, parasail, and banana boats among others)
• Surfing Lessons ~ 10 minute walk
• Bike Rental ~ 5 minute walk

TRANSPORTATION:

• No need to rent a car…. But if you do parking spot #51 is assigned to you

• Public bus to Old San Juan stops in our building
• 10 minute drive from airport with absolutely no airport noise
• To rent a car for a day there is 24 hour Charlie Car Rental across the street

* You will not want to stay anywhere else and then have to travel by car at night, even on small distances, because you end up in a condo in a small very quiet nearby street, or on the other very quiet side of Isla Verde (next to the Ritz and the Courtyard Marriott). Only the condos on Isla Verde Ave. that are near the Intercontinental and El San Juan Hotel are the ones you can truly walk to/from at any time of the day AND night, even with small children. This area of Isla Verde Ave has lots of light at night, security and tourists walking around at all times, yet our condo is very quiet, you will not hear any street noise.

DAY TRIPS ACTIVITIES:

• Stroll along El Yunque Forest numerous trails that lead you to stunning waterfalls
• Zoom through amazing lush tropical mountains in zip lines for all ages and ability levels
• Paddle through calm and enchanting mangrove island forests

• Enjoy horseback riding along the scenic Mameyes River
• Ride a mountain bike or ATV along the foothills of El Yunque Forest

Our room was accommodating. We just had to purchase wash cloths for bathing. Our balcony was on the side of the Tower 1 but we could still see the beach and sunrise.

The location is great, go down the elevators pass the pool and you’re at the beach. The host has beach chairs and a cooler available so you’re ready for your beach day! He’s super responsive. Close to restaurants, night life and there’s a pharmacy super close if you need to buy essentials. Uber rides are super easy to get.

Great stay!

The condo is located in a nice area of Isla Verde. It had an amazing view and was well equipped. The beach chairs, towels and cooler were greatly appreciated as we could spend the day at the beach comfortably. I'd definitely stay here again.

December Getaway

Location of Condo is perfect everything we needed was in walking distance. We rented a car from Dollar which was a 5 minute walk. Visited Luquillo beach, Bayamon, and of course San Juan. We will visit again next year. Thanks Antonio

Beachfront Oasis Coral Beach Towers

Property was in perfect location for beachfront stay. Great location to walk to cvs or mini mart for groceries and liquor. Next door is Ruth Chris Steakhouse with Happy Hour from 5 to 7 with the best shrimp appetizer ever. Internet went down while there and owner was very responsive on the issue. Plenty of towels provided. Cooler and beach chairs available in room. Also in room washer and dryer was very handy. Some street noise. Mostly people throwing garbage away in the dumpsters outside and lid shutting hard. Overall experience was great and would choose this place again!

A Great Place in Paradise

(Sorry for the late entry) My husband and I have been going to Puerto Rico for 40 years to celebrate our anniversary in November. This year was 48 years! We have been staying in VRBOs for the last six years. Prior to VRBOs we always stayed at Embassy Suites or Water Beach Club. This was, by far, the nicest, cleanest, and most accommodating place we have rented in this area. We always stay in Isla Verde and we are super familiar with the area. Getting back to the place--it was very comfortable, clean, not a lot of knick-knack dust collecting junk.The washer and dryer made is very convenient for washing towels and the sheets We were there nearly 3 weeks, so we did some local convenience shopping for paper products and snacks to keep in the condo, because there wasn't a sufficient amount of paper products for 3 weeks, but we did not mind. The condo has a great view and the balcony is perfect for two. It was very quiet. The pool was always clean, but you cannot relocate the loungers because they are wired to specific areas, but it still worked for us. You can enter the beach from the property and walk down to a couple of bars on the beachfront. We just loved Torres's. And you have to have a few drinks on the roof of the Water Beach Club!The convenience of this condo, and the walkability is superb! You can also Uber anywhere. We took an Uber to Old San Juan for a day and also to the Condado area. In any case, our stay was amazing, the host was awesome, and we will be back!

The host was very helpful with any questions I had. Always answered my calls quickly. The rental unit was cozy, clean and with all the basics included. Having a kitchen with utensils and dishes was very helpful. Washer and dryer in the unit was a great addition. Being right on the beach was the best feature for me. Thanks Antonio for helping me out with this last minute rental.

Great location very helpful host

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Antonio’s condo and it was great! Host was very helpful and communicative helped us with everything we needed and answered all our questions. The room is super cute and quant. Comfy bed and nice view from the balcony had towels and beach chairs. Condominium is right on the beach and so many restaurants are with in a 10 minute walk. Guards at the gate 24/7 easy to come in and out with our wrist bands. Only down side was the pool wasn’t heated and was pretty cold. Recommend staying here for 2 people

Adorable condo apt

Loved this apt!! Clean, great amenities, amazing location and facilities! Highly recommend! The pull out couch was not as comfy as my mom slept on the bed the one night she stayed over but was so happy at this place I’d definitely go again and the owner es very sweet and attentive. Loved having coffee and coffee maker as we didn’t have time to shop or being things. The bathroom had toiletries so I didn’t have to make a run for last minute things either. The washer/drier es a tremendous plus to wash beach towels. Loved sitting on the balcony and taking in the ocean and city views!! I didn’t get to use the pool but having the beach within turn key was all I ever needed. Thank you!!!

Isla Verde Condo

Great location. Studio was clean and modern. Amazing location and beach. No wine glasses in the condo so you might want to bring your own. No instructions for internet either so get that before you arrive. Also no instructions in the condo...do not try to leave the complex without the fob. You need to pass through several security points to get to the beach and you can NOT leave the complex without the fob, which will be inside the condo. The security people at this Coral Beach Towers are the worst. Super NOT friendly or helpful. That was the downside. Asked her (security) if she knew where I could get some groceries and she simply said...NO. I thought she misunderstood me and asked again very politely and got the same answer. Turns out that there are groceries available directly across the street. There is also a CVS close. Too bad the security personnel have to bring down the rating. If security were a little nicer and the condo included wine glasses I would rate it a 5.

Simply unforgettable

We absolutely loved everything about this apartment. Having a washer and dryer makes also a big difference. It has everything you need to make make your stay more pleasant. Convenient and perfect location! Security is superb!! The property owner, Antonio, finest at his best! Very friendly and kind! We have no complaints whatsoever, small or large! Thank you for making our trip unforgettable!!! Just perfect....

Comfy, safe

Antonio was beyond what he had to be during our stay. We went into this vacation not knowing much about Puerto Rico, he checked on us every day and helped us with all questions! We couldn't have asked for a better guide! I would recommend booking with him.

Excellent space, great service

This is my second time staying here in 2 years. Antonio is beyond accommodating and hospitable. He met us at 1am when we landed just to greet us and let us in to the property - with suggestions around what to do and where to go. The condo is located right on the beach with all of the amenities you could need from the gym to the sizable pool. Will absolutely continue to book when I travel to PR.

Excellent!

Everything was exactly as portrayed. We appreciated the good service from the owner. The beach chairs were a pleasant surprise and much used. I loved having laundry machines in the condo. They are a big time saver. Who wants to waste time in a coin operated laundry room? We would recommend this condo to anyone. It is clean, pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery are new. The bed and sheets are in good condition. We hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you Tony.

Coral Beach Condo

Myself ,wife and our son stayed at the Coral Beach condo for four nights from 22 Dec 2015. It was a very pleasant experience from the moment we got in touch with Mr Antonio the owner. He was waiting for us at the gate of the condo even though it was well past 10'O clock in the evening and we were delayed by more than 5 hours . He was patient enough to answer all our questions and show the condo. The condo on the 9th floor it self was well maintained with a full kitchenette and good stock of essential things like salt,pepper, ketchups , washing materials, kitchen utensils etc. The Isla Verde beach was just a few steps down from the back door of the condo . We also enjoyed the very clean swimming pool of the condo. There is no need of a taxi if one want to move around the San Juan town. The local buses are available from near the condo. The San Juan Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport is just 10 minutes by cab from the condo . Supermarkets, grocery stores, restaurants, car rentals and other shops are all within walking distance from the Coral Beach Condo.

Great location

Everything in walking distance no car needed. It is an incredible experience to be abl to just walk onto the beach from your beautiful clean cozy condo. Pool was refreshing after the hot sun. Our second visit here and will come back every time.

Met Our Needs Perfectly

Great little condo with all the amenities! We were out and about the island during the hot humid days, and it was so nice to have our own cool and comfortable space for the evenings and nights.

I live in New York but I travel to Puerto Rico frequently. That is why I bought a place of my own. Hope you enjoy my place as much as i do. My place is newly renovated, modern, cozy, clean, and quiet. Perfect place to come home to after a night of partying or sightseeing.

In my opinion, this location is the best complex in the area. You are safe and secure in this condominium complex with gated 24 hr security. The complex is well maintained and it is right on the beach. Location is 10 minutes from the airport and it is located in the heart of San Juan. Right next to the well renowned San Juan Hotel and Casino. The amenities of this complex makes this location a great stay.
