* PLEASE NOTE:
A required Social Membership Transfer Fee is currently $426.00. The current rate for the optional Golf Membership Transfer Fee is $532.50. Social and Golf Membership Fees will be added to your account after the initial booking takes place. These rates are set by the Association. We will always charge the current rates for the actual rental period, not those listed at the time of booking. We also charge a $350.00 Pet Fee. Please reference the rules regarding size, type and quantity of pets allowed.

The primary guest must sign our rental agreement. A fully executed copy must be provided to the Association not less than Fifteen (15) days before the beginning of the lease term, together with copies of government issued photo IDs, and the completed Transfer of Membership Application Forms. Short notice bookings, less than 20 days prior to occupancy, may incur an expedite fee from the Association.

This property requires a minimum one month lease. During the months of November through April, you must book for the entire month. During the months of May through October, the minimum booking is for 10 days, but the lease will be written for a full month. During these months, the start and end date of the lease is our choice, but will be inclusive of your booked dates. You will only have access to the unit during your booked dates. The remaining days are a "rental block" that you agree to so you can meet the property rental requirements.
