In town to visit family and this was a great location. Near grocery and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. We were able to sit in the backyard and enjoy the sunshine, though it was too chilly to swim.

What a wonderful place to stay in Simi Valley. The house was just as described and provided sucha. great little haven for us to rest up between our outings in the area. The patio area, with all of its seating, provided the perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee, read our Bibles, and just relax.The house was very clean and had all of the amenities and items that one might need. The host was on top of everything, communicating at record speed, and keeping us aprised of everything. 15 of 10 and would stay here again in a heart beat.

Stay in Simi Valley

Great location to stay just outside of Los Angeles as well, lots to see and do in Ventura county. This property has an amazing jacuzzi and pool for rest and relaxation.

Once i followed the instructions the hot tub was great! I used it every day. I had some difficulty getting the television in the master room working but thats ok.

We had a great time staying here! My bridal party and I stayed here a couple nights before and the night after my wedding and it was a perfect space for getting ready and prepping everything we needed. The only issue we had was a late check in due to the cleaners getting stuck in the rain, so they needed more time. It wasn't as clean as I had hoped it would be, but it was alright. Gary kindly gave us a late check out to make up for it. Gary is very communicative and his instructions were straightforward and easy to understand. The neighborhood is quiet and cozy. We loved our stay!

Nice location

This property is in a perfect location. It is easy to get to off the 118. Instructions in the book were easy and helpful when turning on the spa. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but the spa was an added bonus after traveling.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful vacation home and would have loved to stay longer. The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable – a pleasantly cool oasis in the warm summer of Simi Valley. We especially enjoyed the pool area, but also the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room were excellent and left nothing to be desired.The location is both central and quiet, making it easy to relax while still being close to everything. Our host responded to our questions within minutes, which made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay.We can highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area. If we return to California in the future, we would definitely choose this home again.

Incredible! Just as advertised!

We rented this place over the holidays to visit family. The outdoor area was perfect for entertaining. The indoor area was large enough for Christmas Eve dinner for all. Highly recommend.

Great house!

This property was simply amazing. The backyard area with the pool and hot tub was fantastic! This was our first trip to California and it was a great location. We were less than an hour away from everything we wanted to do and see. Beautiful town and helpful host! Highly recommend this property!

Couldn't have asked for more

The house is great and was bigger than the listing made it appear. The owners had "easy-to-follow" instructions on how to operate the pool and hot-tub and we used them plenty in the 2 days we were there. Simi-Valley is a great location if you want to visit the beach. The drive to Malibu is unforgettable and everything you need is within 5-10 minutes. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic vacation stay — will definitely return!

Our niece was getting married in Malibu and we needed a home with a pool and spa, that could sleep up to six people. This property in Simi Valley was perfect! The property was spacious enough for my teenage son and daughter, as well as my Inlaws. We truly loved our stay at this home. The property was clean, all information about the “how to’s” of the property were clearly spelled out and kept in a convenient binder along with local restaurants and a tourist guide for fun expeditions. We loved the decor, the outdoor seating and lounge chairs were very comfortable. And the beds were extremely comfortable— I loved the pillows so much — they were like sleeping on a cloud! Many toiletry items such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer are provided. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything one could need to cook a gourmet meal. The patio had a clean and spacious BBQ, and outdoor heaters for the cooler nights. The next time we need a vacation home in SoCal, you can bet we will stay here again. The owner was very easy to get in touch with, responded quickly, and valued us as visitors. Our kids had a great time as well! Very family friendly. Close to Burbank airport and Reagan Presidential Library. Centrally located to many attractions.

Beautiful home perfect for Little House on the Prairie lovers

This home was all we could've asked for and then some! We came for the Little House on the Prairie 50th Anniversary Cast Reunion and Festival. I mentioned that in the comments when booking the stay, and a festival yard sign greeted us when we arrived. There were nods to Little House throughout the house for us, and he went out of his way to get event posters for each of us. Gary knows how to cater to his guests! The house is beautiful with all the amenities we needed. The jacuzzi was lovely to soak in after a full day of adventuring! He even invited us to pick and eat ripe lemons and oranges from the trees in his yard. They were so delicious! Any questions/comments were replied to in a timely manner. Gary is a great host! If we are ever back in Simi Valley, I'll be looking to book this house again!

Simi Valley is considered one of the safest cities in the United States. Its a beautiful place to visit with its mountains and nearby beaches. Its a great place to start your vacation with less hustle and bustle, free parking everywhere, and friendly people! Simi is within a half hours drive to major international airports, Hollywood, and major attractions! Or, less then a few hours drive to places like Yosemite or Sequoia National Park! Simi Valley is also the home of the Ronald Reagan Library. There's plenty to do, so please come visit our home, we want you to enjoy your stay!
