The apartment is situated within A large, fenced in secure area which could be used to park boats & RV’s in close proximity to the building. Located close to Robert Trent Jones Golf trail and the Tennessee River. Ideal for fishermen, boaters & golfers.
The space
Area amenities include: Helen Keller’s birthplace , the Alabama Music Hall of Fame & Spring Park in Tuscumbia; the Rosenbaum home designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, the University of North AL, the WC Handy home and McFarland Park in Florence; Fame Studio and Muscle Shoals Sound Studio and the Robert Trent Jones golf course and the historic Wilson Dam in Muscle Shoals; Cypress Moon studio & beautiful historic homes in Sheffield. Plus, Wilson and Pickwick lakes known for fantastic fishing.

The entire property can be used. It is approximately 1.1 acre fenced area that also stores RVs, boats and other vehicles.
Other things to note
We do have customers who store their RVs, boats and trailers on the property. It’s rare, but there’s a chance some of those renters will drop by to use or check on their items, but they will not bother our guest.
