The Space

Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom: The spacious master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom for your convenience. Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep and wake up refreshed.

Second Bedroom: The second bedroom is tastefully decorated with a cozy queen-sized bed, ensuring a restful slumber.

Third Bedroom: Perfect for the kids or additional guests, the third bedroom provides two twin beds, adding flexibility to your sleeping arrangements.



Bathrooms:

This vacation rental boasts two full bathrooms, ensuring that there's no morning rush or waiting for your turn.

The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, giving you an extra touch of privacy.



Living Areas:

The living area is equipped with a desk and a comfortable chair, making it an ideal space for those who need to catch up on work or simply want a quiet spot to read or relax.

The open concept living room is the perfect gathering spot, complete with smart TVs that allow you to log into your streaming accounts and enjoy your favorite shows or movies.



Outdoor Amenities:

The huge yard is fully fenced and features a privacy fence, providing a safe and private space for you and your pets to roam and play.

Step outside to the covered outdoor porch, which is ideal for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a barbecue in the evenings. Outdoor seating and a propane grill make this a great space for socializing and taking in the fresh air.



Garage:

It's a 15-minute commute to FLETC and to the nearest hospital.

Only a short 30-minute drive to the beautiful beaches of the Golden Isles.

Note:



Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $130 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
