Nestled on the picturesque Lost Lake, this beachfront oasis is perfect for groups seeking tranquility & adventure. Enjoy cozy evenings by the firepit, or catch breathtaking sunsets on your private beach. Stay comfortably w/a washer & dryer, & whip up delicious meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Note: The 2nd home is only included in June/July/Aug

You will need a car to get around
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 4 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors`way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- No tents, campers or motor homes are allowed

Shuffle Board Fun: Make the most of your stay by enjoying our shuffle board court – a great way to relax and have fun with your group.

Shared Spaces: Kindly note that the driveway and trash bins are shared with the second home on the property. Please be respectful of your neighbors and maintain a tidy and cooperative environment.

Garbage: Please ensure that all kitchen and food-related waste is securely covered with a lid. Non-food items should be placed in the caged bin with the lid latched for disposal.
