Chateau by the Sea 107 is proudly managed by 'Happy Palm Stays', the top vacation rental manager on the Space & Treasure Coasts!

Unit 107 has a king bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom and a queen air mattress for the living room. For your convenience the unit comes fully equipped with everything you would need on vacation, such as full linens, towels, beach chairs & accessories, in-unit washer/dryer, full kitchen, high speed wireless internet. Basically there are all the comforts of home and more! The condo is always kept very clean and you will rarely find a condo that is this well done inside!

Chateau By The Sea is one of the few buildings with an oceanfront heated pool so you can swim and enjoy a great view of the pier and ocean. In addition there is a 360 degree roof deck which is perfect for viewing shuttle launches, sunsets or just sunbathing! This is the only complex in Cocoa Beach with a roof top deck that allows weekly rentals.

By renting with the Stay in Cocoa Beach Family, you are guaranteeing yourself an easy, hassle-free vacation. We are available for you to call at any time and are always happy to answer any questions you may have. Together, my siblings and I have been renting in the Space Coast area for over 10 years.

Loved it overall. We had a couple small maintenance things happen, they were addressed promptly. Loved the walkout access to the pool and beach, very convenient. The condo was clean. Would stay here again!

Great location

Place was immaculate with everything needed for our stay. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The roof top was amazing for sunrise and sunsets. We were on the first floor which was our choice, next time a little higher.

Best rental we’ve ever stayed

The communication from Zareh was phenomenal, I had no questions what so ever as to rules, check in, check out or amenities, plus he gave me his cell number and email, if anything should come up. This condo was clean, well appointed and full of items you usually have to purchase, ie; detergent, shampoo, body wssh, trash bags, dish washing liquid. Also, beach chairs an umbrella and beach towels and a fold away crib. The pool was just outside our door, was clean and so warm! There were two SpaceX launches during our stay, awesome, so close! Zareh sent us a brochure of Cocoa Beach listing restaurants and other activities. Effortless stay, plus our dogs were welcome, the facilities for pets was great. You also had the outdoor grills and covers picnic area. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Chateau by the Sea

We had a wonderful time visiting Chateau by the Sea. We traveled with 6 adults and it fit us well using an air mattress in living room. It was our second trip there and we thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. It is very clean and well stocked with most everything you will need for your stay. Management is awesome and very on top of their communication. We can't wait to go back next year.

The property was very clean and had all the amenities to keep our stay comfortable. Easy walk to the beach, we stayed in 107 so we had a nice pool side view. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay at the beach.

Fabulous view

We were on the fifth floor facing the ocean and only a few steps from the Cocoa beach pier. The view was spectacular! Thanks for the housekeeping items..laundry soap, surface cleaning spray, etc..; and the shower gels were great! Property management was responsive and answered all our questions. We will be back!

Perfect location, close to Pier and so much shopping, we had a ground floor that walked right out to a cute patio and steps to the pool and such a pretty pathway beyond the pool to the beach! The condo smelled amazing as we opened the door, clean, decorated adorably, had any amenity we could have possible needed, comfortable beds, so many pool toys and beach necessities too! We had an incredible stay and can't wait to come back!

Great room and location. Was close to the pier for walking, nice beach access and the pool was very nice. The property was very clean and secure. We will rent again with StayInCocoaBeach.com.

Sunshine and Happiness

Our light-filled ocean-front 2 bed condo was perfect for my family of 4 that included 2 teen boys. Everything was in working order. Lots of extras made it easy to enjoy the pool/beach... Beach towels, chairs, cooler, boogie boards, umbrellas. Loved having 2 easy access washer/dryer AND detergent to clean things we wanted to reuse through the week. We could walk out of our sparkling condo and jump in the pool by taking about 50 steps. Beach access could not have been easier as it was steps beyond the pool..Pier was a scenic back drop and about a 100yd walk to ice cream, cold drinks and food. Wifi was weak, but we were not there to be connected to our tech. Communication with Kelsey was quick, easy, and helpful. If we are ever back in the area, we will try to score Chateau by the Sea again... Esp unit 107.

Overall great expereince!

The location is great and the description of the unit is very accurate. We enjoyed our stay and that we could walk to the pier. It was wonderful that the pool entrance and the beach walk were just steps away (we had toddlers with us) so it was easy to get in and out. However, the vertical blinds do not prevent people from seeing into the unit even when fully closed. We had people wave at our children as they were walking by. Also, the bedrooms have a horizontal window above the beds in each bed room. It would have been great if there was a curtain and not just a blind. The entire patio for the complex is immediately on the other side and the lights stay on all night. We had light shining in the bedroom all night even with the blinds closed. We had no issue with parking and we were not concerned with coming in and out at night. Overall, we were pleased with our unit and the location.
