The Resting Place Apt2 Keep it simple at the peaceful and centrally located apts

You will love the tranquil wooded country setting. We are 5 minutes from Indiana Wesleyan University & 15 minutes from Taylor University. These units are centrally located to be convenient to get to anything needed within 10-15 minutes.

This place is the perfect getaway and no more than 45 minutes from Fort Wayne and an hour away from Indy. The location sits right between Indiana Wesleyan University and Taylor University, which is perfect for parents or family members visiting students. These apartments accommodate up to 2 people, due to the memory foam plush mattress queen-size bed.
For the comfort of our guests, there is a private entrance with 2 parking spaces allocated per apt. The view is spectacular on the wooded lot, often visited by local wildlife.

You will have access to the entire apartment. There are keypads on the entrance door to the apartments and a key lock box on the apartment doors. You will be given a separate code for the apt entrance lock box. You will place your key in the box at checkout.

The central air unit is shared between units. We must keep the temperature at a median range to keep the highest percentage of people comfortable. Our target temperature is between 68-72 degrees.
